Casa del maresciallo is a large apartment with a private terrace located in the center of Positano, near the “Ristorante da Vincenzo” and the “café Positano”. The independent house has a double view with a splendid panoramic view of the city of Positano, the Spiaggia di Mariana Grande and the main church. The area is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and all around there are the famous boutiques selling handcrafted sandals and "Moda Positano" linen clothes.

The house can be reached by taking about 100 steps from Viale Pasitea, the exact location is next to Casa Albertina.

SPACE:

Upon entering we find a small hallway with a French sofa bed and glass table, this room has a large balcony with a small terrace with a splendid sea view. Going down the stairs on the right side there is a large living room with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, corner fireplace with open bookcase, wooden table with six chairs, glass cabinet and buffet cabinet.

The long, narrow kitchen is furnished with blue and white Vietri majolica and allows you to prepare meals even for a large group. It consists of all appliances such as a coffee machine with pods, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob with six burners, large electric oven and washing machine. The kitchen has a small terrace with external shower.

In the sleeping area we find a first open bedroom with a two-seater sofa and a single bed that can be opened, a complete bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.

1st BEDROOM:

Two single beds with bedside tables, three-door wardrobe, split air conditioning in the room. The single beds can be pushed together to make a king size bed. This room opens directly onto the panoramic balcony.

2nd BEDROOM:

King size bed in wrought iron and antique brass with excellently made mattress, single side bed with another pull-out bed if necessary. Large wardrobe, antique dresser, split with air conditioning in the room and panoramic balcony overlooking the terrace. En-suite bathroom consisting of two rooms, the first with double sink, second bathroom with bathtub, bidet and toilet.

OUTDOOR TERRACE:

The panoramic terrace, of approximately 40 square meters, is organized with a double wrought iron table and chairs, concrete armchairs with cushions. Single rocking chair. This terrace with a dream panoramic view will allow you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets.



OTHER DETAILS:

Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.

For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.

Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.



Customers are obliged to provide proof of identity upon arrival.

Customers are obliged to pay the tourist tax of €2.5 per person per night.

Parking is not available, we recommend parking at Ma.cri nearby.
