CASA LA PORTA - POSITANO AREA

Perched on the slopes of Positano town, Casa La Porta is a stunning modern property offering beautiful and unobstructed views across the sea. With a large terrace just for your use, Casa La Porta is ideal for those seeking a romantic holiday and for those who want to be close to a town.

To reach the house you can take the public elevator from the main street level and from the elevator there will be only about 30 stairs to climb to the house, or climb approximately 250 steps, taking you through olive groves and gardens. You will be in a pedestrianised area, around 1.5 km from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the bus stop with services running between Amalfi and Sorrento. The nearest beach is only 1.5km away. A car is not needed for your stay, but if you do arrive by car, you will be able to use a private car park in the centre (on reservation and extra cost). Due to the number of stairs, the villa is not recommended to elderly and we suggest booking our luggage service in advance (additional cost, please enquire).

The house develops over 90 square meters and one level. Inside, we find a bright and spacious open plan living area with double sofa bed, table and chairs for dining, and TV. The kitchen area is fitted with modern appliances, all you need for cooking delicious Italian recipes. From the living room you have direct access to the private terrace.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, each with TV, air conditioning and heating. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the terrace. There are two separate bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, from where you will be able to enjoy a wonderful view of Positano’s Spiaggia Grande beach, the coast and the sea.

Facilities: air conditioning and heating throughout, Wi-Fi Internet, heating, TV, gas stove, gas oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron. Towels and bedlinen (changed weekly). Private car park in town centre must be booked (payable). Public elevator from the main street to near the house. From there you will only have to climb about 30 stairs.
