The villa has six elegant bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite, and five bathrooms, welcoming guests on its different levels. The entrance level houses the master suite, a private retreat complete with a bathroom, seating area, and panoramic terrace with sea views. Twenty-five steps higher, the upper floor houses three additional bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.
One level below the master suite is the heart of daily life at Villa Evia. Here, two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation, one with a private bathroom and the other with a bathroom conveniently located right in front. This floor also features a spacious, fully equipped American-style kitchen with a central island, an elegant dining area, and a beautiful terrace, creating a natural setting for long breakfasts, relaxed lunches, and evenings spent together.
Outside, Villa Evia reveals its most enchanting Mediterranean soul. A private lemon grove, lush vegetation and handcrafted ceramics frame a series of intimate spaces designed for slow and serene outdoor living.
