Villa la Tartana is simply a magical place in the magical town of Positano. We needed a few days of pure relaxation and this was the perfect place to do it. The staff was excellent, the room cozy, the views amazing. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops and just steps away from the beach. The ferry stop is close as well giving you options to visit Capri and the rest of the Amalfi coast! Bravo!!!

Café da manhã muito bom, camas ótimas, pois fiquei em 2 quartos diferentes e ambos ótimos , ducha muito boa! Anfitrião Afonso , sensacional! Sempre em alto astral, alegre e muito prestativo! We had a great 3 night stay here, great location, comfortable bed, good shower, very friendly staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street however it was worth the walk, we would definitely stay here again.

Very cute little family-owned hotel. Great location very close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast included with fresh Italian coffee, pastries, fruit, and omelettes.

My stay at Villa la Tartana was exceptional. Very clean and quiet property, great value, and warm and welcoming staff. Alfonso was attentive to every detail. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. The location is perfect, close to the beach and easy to visit all that Positano has to offer. Will stay here again!

Beautiful and Amazing!
From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely amazing! Alphonso and the ladies there who took care of breakfast and such were so friendly and accommodating…just like family! If we were to return to Positano, we would love to stay here again. It is close to everything you could want and need .

The hotel is in a central location with wonderful views and a helpful staff. The room was small but nicely decorated with a great balcony overlooking the beach. The only real downside was the water pressure. Most of the time it was fine, but it slowed to a trickle every morning between 7 and 8 am. After the first morning, we adjusted our schedule to avoid the morning rush.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The location is unbeatable and the staff was absolutely incredible. The hotel is very clean and charming. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will be staying here every time we come back to Positano.

It was great! Very close to the beach, church, and ferry port. This is a walking town so expect lots of old stairs to get anywhere. Our only issue was the bathtub (“Hot Tub”) had some black film on it after we tested the jets.
