Stanze silenziose, accoglienti e pulite. Bellissima piscina e cibo ottimo. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili come anche tutto lo staff. 'This hotel states that it has a lift. However, this turns out on arrival to be a stair lift leading down to the rooms. Parking was also a problem, as it had to be done in a very busy street, where getting out backwards was not something one wants to repeat. There was no breakfast; we were escorted to a bar close by and were give there a cornetto and a capuccino 'on the house'. The personnel of the hotel was very kind, but that did not offset the rest of the experience.'

Uitleg gekregen over het openbaar vervoer en bij de receptie hebben ze direct voor ons een taxi geregeld voor de dag dat we terug zouden gaan.

The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want.
