'I dislike giving bad reviews (if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all) but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. When we first pulled up to hotel, we could see that the building is obviously neglected. There was a police car with two officers coming out of the lobby, so not a great first impression. The carpet in the hallway to our room was stained, dated and so worn there were bumps. The room itself looked like the minimum cleaning had been done. ...

'We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

'We have stayed at this hotel a few times with our family! This time was excellent like the other times have been :) It has a great breakfast bar, milk and cookies in the evening, a few great places to sit outside and just watch downtown activity. The amenities are always actually good products, and my family loves to call it the castle hotel on the hill downtown 😊 The rooms are also super clean! 5 stars! 👏'

'Really great stay, very affordable, excellent location downtown right on the river and Centennial Trail, friendly and helpful staff. I also enjoyed their lobby, which has multiple tables with dividers and comfortable seating for eating, working, and socializing, as well as a big TV with couches where I could take a break and watch World Cup matches. Strongly recommend this place.'
