This is not just another hotel. Its quaint and feels a bit like being at grandmas house. The staff is lovely, always a warm smile and a real interest in your experience. If you're close, stay here and enjoy the restaurant.

La Primula is a very charming, family run resort. The entire family were simply wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The son, Rosario, was the chef and dinner there was just excellent! I must say Potenza is not the most beautiful city in Italy, but La Primula made the visit worthwile.

This was a wonderful and relaxing spot for the night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable a nd well appointed. A real find and highly recommended. Stop by, spend the night, and appreciated this lovely hotel/inn! Breakfast was exceptional!

Gem of a hotel with a great restaurant on site.
We arrived just after lunch had no problem with an early checkin. Staff helped move our luggage as I am mobility challenged. We immediately went to the dining room to grab a light lunch. The set menu changed daily with good variety. A young man, who we later realized was the chef described each of our alternatives. Not wanting to spoil our dinner we asked to split a stater and first course. When the food arrived we were pleased to see that the dishes had been split in the kitchen. We were very impressed. Our dinner was equally enjoyable and again. Shared dishes were split in the kitchen The grounds were delightful and made one forget we were in a city

Spazio verde per animali domestici
Avevo già pernottato e ci sono rimasto. Sono ammessi gli animali domestici ed hanno lo spazio che gli necessita. Così il mio cane ha potuto godersi il soggiorno ed il verde. Altre strutture li ammettoni solo in camera, qui non è cosi. Bravi!

Uno degli alberghi migliori di Potenza
Grazioso albergo poco fuori Potenza, immerso nel verde. Bella la piscina anche se essendo fuori stagione non ho potuto goderne. Ottima la colazione che ti permette di usufruire di qualsiasi tipo di prodotti anche senza glutine. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Altamente consigliato.

Établissement très propre Et calme avec une très belle piscine et une bonne table Personnel sympathique qui fait un effort pour parler un peu français ce qui est toujours appréciable Nous n’avons pas aimé la ville de Potenza très peu de restaurants et pas de centre ville mais beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours

Like being in an 1950's classical movie
You never would dream of finding such a lovely place in such a surrounding (Potenza semi-industrial suburbs)! A magnificent park, a beautiful if charmingly outdated building, fine dining, a 5*+ service by an incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient sraff... would be absolutely perfect if you need to be in Potenza except for the risk of sharing the place with big parties (check before booking) and bathrooms in need of renovation.

Wonderful family run hotel
The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Nothing was too much to ask. They went above and beyond in accommodating us. The room was very nicely decorated with a view overlooking the beautiful garden and pool area. This hotel is a rare find.

Very nice location. Good value.
Great staff. We wanted to stay longer. Recommended restaurants neaby and the hotel dinner was very good also. Quiet and well maintained, clean. We will be back.

Bien dans l'ensemble, mais des points à améliorer... Pas de rideau occultant, a 6h du matin c'est Versailles dans la chambre, très peu de pression dans la douche et au moment de payer le prix hôtel.com n'était pas respecté, il a fallu plus de 30 minutes pour être cru et qu'ils retrouvent le "bon" document... Sinon, je conseille en général...

Malgrè les difficultés de nuit à trouver l'hotel un séjour satisfaisant avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre grande et spacieuse, linge parfait. Repas agréable, service profesionnel un bon séjour.En été avec le parc et la piscine le séjour doit être parfait !

Follow the signposts not your GPS. The room decor is a bit old fashioned but very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the head chef personally comes to the table to assist with your order.

This spot is tucked away on a quiet hillside. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was divine. The staff were gracious and wonderful. They helped with taxis, restaurant recommendations and places to see in Potenza. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect.

Il miglior albergo cui sia mai stata in vita mia, ci torno ogni volta che posso perchè sembra essere in un'altra dimensione spazio temporale...camere grandi, arredate in stile provenzale con cura fino al più piccolo dettaglio (i fermaporte, i cestini, il portarotoli), un giardino curatissimo con una piscina meravigliosa, un, uno staff di persone gentilissime ma mai invadenti a creare un clima più che cordiale ma silenzioso e riservato, complice la bellissima musica di sottofondo negli spazi comuni...per me un posto da fiaba!!

l'hotel e' situato nell'immediata periferia di Potenza,il punto e' un 'ibrido poiche' non e' collina e non e' paese,pertanto mi ha lasciata perplessa l'ubicazione,inoltre il ristorante era chiuso per ferie.La pulizia era evidente e le varie carenze sono state supportate da una estrema gentilezza del personale.
