Perfect setting
Everything about this place is fantastic. Beautiful waterfront home, ample space with four bedrooms, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay and a very quick and clear communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

Eclipse Viewing
We had a wonderful time here. We went up to the North Country to view the total solar eclipse and to reconnect with some friends. The stay was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family gathering
Our family was gathering to commemorate the passing of relatives who loved the Adirondacks. The house and grounds were a lovely and comfortable backdrop for this occasion. We enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings as well as the amenities in Potsdam including the Children's Museum.

Cozy Cabin
Very welcoming,cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Host was wonderful and very accommodating and very fast responding back to any questions we had. Home was very well equipped with all essential things that you could need! It was a perfect fit for our family of 7 and 2 fur babies!! Definitely recommend!!

Gem of a spot
This was our 2nd stay at this location, we have a third stay already booked. The owners quickly respond to questions and continually work to improve the residence. We were able to use the dock and enjoy the water this stay. House is comfortable, well equipped and overall a gem of a spot!

Quiet and Peaceful
Nice and quiet neighborhood on the lake. Great views in the early mornings. Very clean and roomy house. Two downfalls were a couple amenities that were listed were not available and we'd of preferred the swing set on the same side as the house, so the kids didn't have to cross the road.

Josh, What amenities that were listed were you not able to have? If the dishwasher is one of the issues, we cannot help that it broke down right before you arrived. Not sure what other amenities you weren’t privy to. As for the swing set, I’m not really sure how we can change that as we bought the house with it located on that side of the property. It’s a private rd and you can easily walk across the road to the swing set, without your kids being in danger, and I can say this as my kids easily cross the road or if they were to young we would happily walk them across. If there were any issues during your stay you could have easily reached out to myself or my wife as we are always easy to reach and are very responsive as almost all of our reviews have shown. We also accommodated a 3rd dog for you even though we typically like to have two on site but totally understand that your guests needed to bring their dog which we happily allowed. Please share with me the items that would have you not give us a 5 star review.

Family vacation
There were 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog in our group. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be right on the water so we could canoe and fish. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We all enjoyed our stay at the lake!

Family Reunion
The water views are wonderful, and having our morning coffee outside was a great way to start the day! The house was fabulous with everything we could possibly want supplied. It was fun kayaking and hiking local areas (ex. Lampson Waterfall). Todd was very easy to reach when I had a question. Highly recommend this property, and we hope to be back next year!

Clean House and Great Stay
The property was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Nice, quiet location to go boating, fishing and kayaking. Dog friendly was a plus. Property manager was very representative. The check in, check out process was easy. A few close restaurants were enjoyable and a large Walmart for groceries or forgotten items wasn't far away. Overall a pleasant time for a week get away.

Another great stay
The setting is truly beautiful, and access to swimming is exactly what we love. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are super comfy. Perfect size for our group of 3 adults + 2 kids + dog.

Great place for us
The place was clean, quiet and in a friendly neighborhood. I was able to catch a few fish off the dock. We all enjoyed swimming and the dock for sun. The place had everything for a Bar-B-Que and was close enough to town for a few short trips.

Clarkson Graduation Weekend
We had a wonderful time! We were busy with graduation events and were kinda sad we did not get to enjoy all this property had to offer. The view is amazing!!
The home was very clean and the owners thought of everything right down to a well thought out junk drawer! The view was absolutely amazing. The area is quiet and peaceful. We were only there for a weekend for a wedding at The Stables. Potsdam is only 15 min away. We were able to bring our dogs and the owners even had a dog run and a cable set up. I wish we were there for longer to enjoy the dock and kayaks. The deck on the back of the home is spacious and even has a Blackstone grill you can use. There were 6 of us plus 2 dogs and we were not in the least bit crowded! A wonderful stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is cozy and comfortable. View is spectacular. We enjoyed the deck over looking the lake and spent most of our time there. Caught fish off the dock. A great family getaway
