'Our first impression of this property as we pulled in was “Oh my gosh, this is pure heaven!”The house had everything plus more that we needed for making meals etc. The property was nice and quiet and was a perfect middle ground for all of the bugling elk! My family said this stay was a trip that will never be forgotten. The host instantly responded to questions we had which was so nice! A couldn’t have went any better!! '

'Quaint, quiet, clean, and cute deer visitors ever morning and evening. Turkey visitors also. Did not disappoint as home base for day drives and elk viewing. Will definitely return if in the area again. Thanks to both of you!'

'We have stayed at this property multiple times over almost a decade and it never disappoints. Easy booking and check-in. Super clean and spacious for our family. '

'We had an awesome stay here. The cabin was very well stocked and the only thing lacking was shampoo/body wash, which we had brought ourselves so no problem there. It seemed pretty clean for the most part. We came to see the elk in the area and ended up seeing quite a few so that was the highlightof our trip.'

'The lodge and our stay were amazing. The amenities were above and beyond right down to the make-up mirror in the bathroom like I have at home. The only thing I can think of that might be nice is a larger fridge. We only had 9 staying, but the lodge has room enough for 15. We just used our coolers for bottled water and drinks and made it work. With more people and a longer stay it would have been tough to keep everything cold. 'Perfect rental for our family ! We used this rental when we moved multiple children back to Penn State for the school year. Little outside the Penn state area with a 30 min or so drive but it was worth it. The home was exactly as described on the listing, very clean well equipped home. Lovely sitting area out back, even provided simple snacks and drinks which were a huge hit with our college students. We will definitely utilize this rental again for future visits to the kids, Thanks again '

'Very clean and spacious camper. Outhouse and shower house were also clean and well planned. Enjoyed our few days there. Hellen was an excellent host. She provided us with many comforts and made sure we had everything we needed. '
