Beautiful Condo
I absolutely loved the decor. It was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the game room and the older grandkids loved canoeing and kayaking around the pond. The adults loved the firepit area. We had a great time.

Christmas Get together
Beautifully decorated property complete with Christmas tree and tablescape. Plenty of space, game room for the teens, nice view. Loved kayaking and fishing. Several upgraded and thoughtful amenities. We had a great stay! Hope to return in the summer. Note: Lots of stairs to navigate if you have elderly folks.

Thanksgiving 2023
Our extended family of 10 people (teens & adults) spent Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time! We all enjoyed the game room, the large dining table fit all of us for meals, the canoes were a nice addition, fishing was fun, and we enjoyed the fire pit. The house is clean and beautifully furnished. There is 3 levels and a lot of stairs which was not a problem for our group. It was great to be immersed in nature and relaxation and the house is only 1 hour from Collin County.

Perfect weekend getaway for us
The owners are very nice. The place was plenty full with towels, extra blankets and kitchen utensils, cups, plates etc; it was nice not to have to worry about "are there enough towels for each person". The beds were all comfortable. The house was so nicely decorated for the holiday which was a welcome bonus. Plenty of room for all 13 of us to hang out together. Only one burner on the outdoor grill was working BUT, the owner had a brand new one delivered asap. The "bunk room" was too warm even with fans; but other than that we had a great stay. You can tell they really care about their house (very nice bathroom products, cute decorations, etc). They have made it a very comfy and nice stay. Thanks for letting us rent your home. Happy New Year!

Best little fishing trip
We had a fabulous stay. The place was spacious, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with new pots and pans. Owners were very responsive to all questions. We had the best time just relaxing and fishing. We will definitely be back!

Texoma time fun
We loved the property and had a great time. The kitchen pans were very worn out and scratched up Teflon. Not really a fan of Teflon in my food. There was no colander and no large mixing bowls. Nothing to put leftovers in. Only one bath had a stopper for the tub so we ended up sharing for the kids baths. My grandson loved fishing off the deck and was so happy out there we had to force him to come in to eat and shower. It was nice and quiet, beds were very comfy, plenty of towels. Overall we had a great time for Labor Day weekend!

Last Second Getaway
The house is amazing, sleeps 10 easy, great for kids and adults, the private lake has great fishing. Location is great, 2 mins from a golf course, 10 mins from lake Texoma, grocery store 5 mins away. sunsets on the deck a must see. if you see this house available and want to get away you should get it, don't wait.

Weekend Retreat

fun place for quick gateway and large gathering
space for large gatherings...Sleeping is enough. Bunk beds awesome for kids.... firepits and paddle boating and fishing is fantastic. Wish lake/pond little was bigger ....Views are good.. Tips: too many stuffs in the house(problem if you coming with bunch of kids); I would rather enjoy worry free and not worry who is going to break what.

Perfect for a family get together!
Ideal property and perfect mid-way location from ETX and our son living in OKC. We celebrated a late Christmas and although the weather did not cooperate for the weekend there was more than enough room and amenities to keep the grands, grandparents, great-grandparents, and our adult children happy and occupied.

a wonderful Christmas
We took all 13 of our family to LakeTexoma for a get a way that was safe and relaxing. We hit the jackpot with this property. Very very accommodating for the teen agers and the adults too. a christmas tree beautifully decorated provided us for a christmas setting and plenty of sleeping arrangements for all. the game room was a real plus. Fishing and golf were great, even though it was a cool time of year, we dressed accordingly. I highly recommend this unit for anyone going to the area.

We loved staying at this rental. There was plenty for the kids to do with the games in the room and fishing on the doc. We had 3 families, including 6 adults, 1 teenager, 4 kids, and 2 toddlers and we had plenty of room for everyone.

The house was very nice. Perfect for 5 adults and 5 teens. We stayed from Sunday through Sunday. All teens had to be on virtual learning Monday thru Friday. Internet worked great for everyone. For older folks the stairs were a little too much. 29 steps from pond to ground floor. Another 22 to 2nd floor and another 21 to top floor. Be sure young people get the top if possible. Bunk room on 2nd floor was great for 4 teens. Fire pit was a big hit.

Relaxing weekend
This was a wonderful property for a wedding we were attending in Denison. This townhome has been updated & is decorated very nicely! Has everything you need. The Outdoor space was nicely furnished with table, grill, fire pit & covered deck! This was one of the main reasons we chose this place. We wanted to be by water but nothing on lake Texhoma fit our needs. Fred was extremely easy to work with and responded very quickly to any of my inquiries! We would definitely stay here again.

Not quite there yet
First let me say that unless noted we did NOT contact the owners to complain of these things. The property owners are VERY easy to get a hold of and responsive. We will not be staying there again. The decor is good and the kitchen has been upgraded. I believe they may have gotten in over their heads. They cleaned the house well but there are windows that look like nobody had cleaned them in a long time. They did the main deck but left the top deck looking very worn down. They changed the carpets but didn't fix the slanting uneven floors on the too floor. They provide canoes and peddle boats but don't keep them in working order. They built decks but leave the wood pieces in the water for you to step on. They provide adorable awesome kids rooms but didn't run ac to the room (it was summer and all the kids had were fans). They painted but haven't fixed the door frames that have gotten wet and are rotting. They have very cute gazebos but broken stairs. They clean but left a muddy footprint on the toilet. They appear to be trying to work on the homes but it seems they are struggling to keep up with maintenance. Again they seem like very nice people. They are super responsive. We don't like to complain but I feel like at this price point and with these pictures the expectation level is that not so many of these things would have been left uncared for.

We love to take a family vacation once a year & usually choose the mountains, but we decided to go to a lake. PK was all booked, so we chose Lake Texhoma & we had a blast!!! We would definitely stay here again! We had a big lake for the boat & the pond for fishing & paddle boats & canoes! It was very special! 🤗

Very pretty but needs some maintenance
Overall it was a good stay. I would have given it 5 stars if there wasn’t some slightly annoying maintenance items. The fridge in the kitchen was not fully functional; there was a backup but up a flight of stairs in the bunk room. The shower in the master also had problems with the water pressure being way too hard and nearly impossible to get a good temperature since one handle was broken. We also fixed nails popping up on the deck and struggled with the dishwasher. The owner was very good about responding and super nice but those things were beyond a quick fix. We all did have fun and enjoyed the fire pit, fishing, and boats. The water was murky so not really a swimming hole. Overall, for sleeping and enjoying the scenery it is perfect.
