Welcome to Century Home; The Charles! The brother house to 'The Carol'. Situated in the heart of the Yorkville section of Pottsville, PA, this townhome was just completely remodeled into the perfect mix of original character and modern efficiency. Guests will immediately feel a sense of warmth and coziness entering the rental. The Charles is centrally located within the city ***Need more space? Finishing off the first floor is the brand new back deck including new patio furniture and lights. The second floor includes the first full bathroom equipped with a tub and shower glass unit. Next to the bathroom is a laundry room available at extra cost and for long stays only. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a Smart TV. The master suite with a king-size bed and a Smart TV is also on the second floor, and this includes a very large bathroom with double sinks and a 4-foot tile and glass shower. The third floor includes the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The first bedroom on the third floor has a full-size bed with storage, and the second bedroom includes 2 full-size beds and a writing desk as a designated work space. This home is 1,750 sq feet PARKING - There is a brand new off street parking area (large enough for 1-2 cars) right next to the house. Please view exterior photos for parking information. Free street parking is also available! Guests have access to the 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and back deck. A laundry room can also be accessed for long stays only.
