Welcome to Brasada Ranch Luxury Cabin 15 where you will enjoy an entire private 2 King bedroom luxury suites cabin with updated interiors and a pull out sleeper for 6 guests total.

One of the bathrooms even has a separate soaking tub and each King Suite has it’s own private entrance and patio access. As you can see on the resort map, Cabin 15 is only steps away or a 0.1mi walk from The Athletic Center, The Ranch House front desk and dining, the Adult pool, the kids Pools and the General Store. Enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views off your private back deck and hot tub. Fire up the Weber Gas grill on the wrap around private covered deck for a lovely BBQ dinner or enjoy the convenience of it’s full gourmet kitchen that opens onto the great room with gas fireplace for an all-inclusive entertaining experience. If you would prefer, enjoy elevated dining experiences at the Ranch from Brasadas’ award-winning executive chef Karl Holl.

The cabin has a hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The Ranch amenities include the private 18 hole Golf Course designed by Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy, The Athletic Club featuring indoor and outdoor pools, kids play room, equestrian center, Spa Brasada, Ranch house for casual dining or Range Restaurant for fine dining. The General Store provides provisions from wine to fresh vegetables. Outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball, playground, walking, hiking and biking trails (showshoe in the winter). 300 days of sunshine a year and year round recreation from fly fishing in the Deschutes to skiing at Mt. Bachelor to hiking or rock climbing at Smith Rock.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests. Children five years and younger are free and not counted in the total guest count. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities.

The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)

*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted or submitted within 48 hours of arrival will have an additional fee of $100.

*If the number of guests on the resort forms needs to be adjusted, there will be a charge of $50 per person.

• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
• Please note that fees and the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.


𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
• Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
• Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping.
