The Space:

This traditional 80-square-meter apartment for 4 people is the perfect choice for a family stay or a trip with friends. The classic living room with a dining area and a separate walk-in closet provides the ideal setting for relaxing together and makes it easy to organize your luggage. Two cozy bedrooms, equipped with a large double bed and two single beds, guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. The functional kitchen, featuring an electric stove and a microwave, allows for efficient meal preparation. A comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and shower ensures daily comfort for all guests. In front of the apartment entrance, there is a table with two chairs, perfect for morning coffee.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on Otwarta Street in Poznań, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of single-family homes. It is situated right next to Poznańskie Szachty Park, 300 meters from the lake and the observation tower, near recreational areas (walking paths and bike trails around the lakes), and close to the Kortowo tennis courts and a sports complex.



Getting Around:

Getting to other parts of Poznan is very convenient thanks to nearby public transportation stops. Within a short walk of the property, there are bus stops offering direct connections to key transit hubs. The main train station, Poznan Główny, is just a few kilometers away, and the drive to Poznan-Ławica Airport takes only a few minutes by car, making travel easy for those arriving by train or plane.
