'There is no space to put your luggage in your room, except for the floor. Bathrooms are made for disabled people, so when you shower, there's water allover the place. Quiet rooms (facing the hill, away from the street), which is great for a weary business woman/man. They ask you for an online check-in, and even after filling out the form, upon check-in you have to do it allover again. Then what's the purpose of doing all the work yourself ?'
