'Wonderful boutique-hotel with excellent fine-dining restaurant & very personal service. The great location in the heart of Aveiro allows exploring the city by walking, everything is close within max. 15 min walking.
We stayed 3 nights / 2 days and as there was so much to see, there was unfortunately not enough time to use the SPA facilities, which made a very good impression, too!
We can highly recommend this hotel!'
'Hotel doesn't have its own parking, so parking needs to be done near by, which if you arrive late, could be an issue to find space. You have to pay a small amount anyway, so you will need some coins in your pocket.
The hotel itself is nice, friendly staff, good breakfast, and it is easy to walk to other restaurants & places. Unfortunately, the small restaurants just outside of the hotel was temporarily closed. '

'Fijn hotel, kleinschalig, heel vriendelijk personeel en we konden de auto voor het hotel parkeren (of dit in het hoogseizoen ook is, durf ik niet te zeggen. Onze reisperiode was begin april). Hotel ligt heel centraal, het centrum van Aveiro ligt zeer dichtbij, op loopafstand. Het ontbijt is niet al te uitgebreid maar kwaliteit prima.'

'What I like was the location, it was directly near a square with restaurants and shops. Although it was directly at the square we weren't troubled by any noice.
What we didn't like was the state of the bathroom, the ceiling was full of mold. Also the silicant sealants in the bathroom were very 'moldy'. The floor of the room was clean but the skirting boards were dirty and full of dust. Actually I can't complain cause the price was only €51. That is very cheap and this is what I can get for this...
'We haven’t been in an HI hostel in a long time (in our 70s) but were very happy with our overnight stay in HI Aveiro.
Staff were lovely, the room and en-suite were very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent. We walked to it from the bus station via the beautiful park. Not many eateries in the immediate neighbourhood (apart from a McDonalds almost opposite) but only 15 minutes on foot to the many restaurants/cafes in the town centre. '

"Werkelijk verbluffend goed gebouwd en ingericht appartement in het centrum op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. De volledig ingerichte keuken, de vele kastruimte, echt álles was áf. Geschikt voor een kort verbijf, maar zeker ook voor een lang verblijf in Aveiro. We hebben genóten van dit juweeltje."
