Over deze accommodatie

Villa Euriclea - Mediterranean elegance in the heart of Praiano

  • Villa Euriclea comes into view in the heart of Praiano, in the quiet overlooking the sea. This is the place where elegance meets simplicity, and the breathtaking view of the sea blends with the convenience of a very central location. Villa Euriclea is a typical Mediterranean villa, where the blue of the sea embraces the green of the garden that surrounds it. Two spacious double bedrooms with connected bathroom, an open space with induction kitchen and living area and a large terrace overlooking the sea, comfortably accommodate a group of four. The outdoor area is the jewel of the Villa: the large garden furnished with sun loungers and the terrace, fully equipped with outdoor table and BBQ. The position is among the most comfortable: a few steps from the Church of San Luca, you can reach restaurants, the beach, bus stop, supermarket and gym on foot. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-FI is available throughout the house.

    The villa is organized on one level:

    - 50 sqm garden - sea view - furnished with solarium area;

    - Sea view terrace, equipped with a Vietri ceramic table, for outdoor dining, outdoor living area and BBQ area;

    - Access to the living area, with double sofa bed and table for four;

    - Open kitchen (fully equipped);

    - Internal double bedroom with connected bathroom;

    - Double bedroom with sea view with connected bathroom.

    Villa Euriclea is located on the east side of Praiano and is very central: within walking distance of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and the bus stop. To reach the house it is necessary to follow a path of about 50 meters and about 40 steps. It is possible to book the luggage service, for a fee. The private parking - upon reservation and subject to availability - is about 400 meters away.

    The town center is far away, on foot it is not possible to use:

    - Local bus stop (50 meters)

    - Supermarket and butcher (100 mt)

    - Restaurants and bars (300 mt)

    - Beginning of the path of the Gods

Villa Euriclea: We recommend it!

Amazing villa in the heart of Praiano. Francesco was a wonderful host who communicated easily and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place had an unbelievable view and is close to the best restaurant called Kasai. Would absolutely recommend staying here and using Smaac!

Linda Praiano

The view from this location cannot be beat! Truly incredible! The area was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just as described and the air conditioning worked great, which is important to us. Really Nice Villa in Praiano

The villa is really nice and has a great view. And the company that manages it is super quick to reply with any needs. The main downside was how many stairs there are to get to the super marketcafe's in Praiano. We are all young & athletic, but it was a serious workout. It's also not the most private as the outside space for the villa next to it is essentially in the same space.

fantastisk vecka!

Man når även ”The Path of Gods” från Praiano.

Very beautiful Villa!

Praiano is the best place to stay on the Amalfi coast. It is quieter and not crazy busy like PositanoAmalfi. This apartment is right next to the bus stop with a bus that takes you down to the main road, Positanojust around Praiano. We ended up walking everywhere instead of waiting for the bus but it is about 900 ft climb from the marina to the house. “Free gym”. 😀 Smaac was extremely helpful. They helped book airport transfers and boat tours. We had a great experience. Absolutely use them as a resource, especially the boat charter. We chartered our own boat for my family of 4 to Capri and it was the highlight of our trip! Also the app is fantastic. There is so much helpful info on it, from bus schedules to recycling schedules to restaurant and beach recommendations. There is also a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, some etc. The kitchen is equipped with the basics - enough for a simple meal. We stayed for 5 days and I was super sad to leave.

Great stay in Praiano

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The location is high above Praiano with spectacular views. The villa is located in San Luca square which is a lovely neighborhood, the locals were so friendly and kind. There is a bus stop right outside the villa gate which allows easy access to anywhere you want to go in town. Make sure you figure out the bus system so you don't have to hike 1000 steps/day. As well, there is a sign at the bus stop with the local taxi drivers. The yard is huge and we loved sitting and taking in the view and listening to the local children play in the church piazza below the property. This would be a great rental for those with young children because there is plenty of space for kids to play in the yard. If you plan on doing the Path of the Gods, you can access the trail from the stairs in St. Luca square no need to bus or taxi to Bomerano. Overall, great apartment for 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen could use a few more necessities such as cutting boards, kitchen knives, cooking pans. It was very nice that SMAC gave us a welcome package with some nice food items. Francesco was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen needs cutting knives, and cutting boards.
