De villa is een charmant oud gebouw volledig gemoderniseerd, aangenaam blootgesteld aan de zon en met een prachtig adembenemend uitzicht op de ongerepte aangrenzende zee, de zeer comfortabele bedden zijn geschikt voor een aantal van vijf personen. Vanuit de villa kunt u genieten van een prachtig uitzicht en de geuren ademen van de kust van (URL HIDDEN) villa is verspreid over een totale ruimte van ongeveer 100 vierkante meter. Het heeft een groot en bewoonbaar privéterras met uitzicht op de zee, een privétuin, airconditioning en verwarming. De villa ligt in een voetgangersgebied, in het achttiende-eeuwse historische centrum van Praiano, de parel van de kust van Amalfi, op ongeveer 100 meter van een supermarkt met superbenodigdheden en de bushalte. U kunt uw favoriet kiezen uit een ruime keuze aan restaurants op ongeveer 1 km afstand en een charmant dorp met een strand uitgerust met badinrichtingen, boot- en rubberbootverhuur etc. ongeveer 1. 5 km. U bereikt de villa vanaf de parkeerplaats via een openbare loopbrug van ongeveer 100 meter met een aangename trap van ongeveer 66 traptreden. Tijdens uw verblijf bent u niet verplicht om uw auto te gebruiken om te blijven.

Our stay at Annamaria’s home was nothing short of wonderful! She was an amazing host, the location was central in Praiano, and the restaurants were outstanding. The view from the terrace was truly magical and we miss having coffee there every morning! There is a great market, bus stop, restaurants and parking nearby. Annamaria helped us with reservations for a boat day (which was our favorite!), recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, and arranged for a parking pass for us for the week. The town of Praiano is quiet and friendly-this is a true community and we felt lucky to have been able to experience it. We loved everything about our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

Annamaria’s home was wonderful. We most enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and curved coastline. We could have spent all our days outside and not become tired of this view. Annamaria was quickly responsive and was thorough in her advice/tips. The home was welcoming, clean, and stocked with cooking utensils. There was a quaint grocery store nearby with a few restaurants in walking distance. There are a number of steps to and from the front door, although that is quite characteristic of the area - and what makes it so beautiful! The home is also near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local coastal areas.

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

We are so thankful to have chosen this location. Traveling to Italy for the first time was a bit intimidating but that all changed when we connected with the best host we’ve ever had, Cosimo!! From arranging transportation, welcoming us, going out of his way to accommodate even the smallest request, Cosimo was responsive, accommodating and understanding. Made the trip to Rome so much smoother. And then the penthouse and location. Absolutely dead center where we wanted to be between Vatican City and Ancient Rome. The flat itself was safe, amazing, plenty of space, views, and comfortable bedding/seating to make our time there uber enjoyable. Especially loved the artistic touches around each nook and cranny. The details Cosimo provided on restaurants, sites, etc was as detailed as anything we have ever seen! He actually reviews and rates them all from his vast experience living in Rome. Thank you Cosimo! You were the perfect host!

Great 4 days. Quiet town. Close to small store to get some kitchen supplies. Beautiful patio. There are stairs but bus stop is close to the location. Had a meal cooked in house for us. Highlight! Great friendly hostess. Top notch.

Annamaria was amazing! She greeted us and then made a magnificent feast along with her partner— to celebrate our friends’ 40th anniversary! Felt so pampered! We hiked the Path of the Gods and felt a real sense of accomplishing a challenge! We slept well and LOVED every second on the amazing terrace

What an absolutely amazing stay. We adored everything about this casa. The rooms, the kitchen , the balconies and especially the terrace and the views! And Praiano was the perfect home base for exploring the Amalfi coast . It was much less crowded and touristy than the neighboring towns and had such a wonderful feel to it. We always enjoyed returning to the villa after a busy day of site seeing . Praiano has amazing restaurants, kind people and a great free beach . We found it fairly easy to get to the other towns on the coast via bus, despite being there in the busy season. Annamaria was a fabulous host. She was so kind and helpful . We would return any day! Absolutely recommend booking this villa!

We had a great week at Anna Maria's house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the bus. We mostly walked down and took the bus back. To visit other cities on the Amalfi Coast, we recommend the bus or boat since parking is very limited. The boat ride was amazing! For food, we enjoyed Armandino's restaurant at the beach, recommended by Anna Maria. It was delicious and fairly priced. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Annamaria’s property was as advertised and More…the indoor living was clean and comfortable, but the outdoor was over the top…I do not think we took one shower indoors. Having the outdoor shower was the best.Great Views all the while having privacy. Annamaria was a Great host, she helped with all of our transportation needs, but also helped set up some tours and dining…..If you are looking for a quite beautiful villa that is still close to all things Amalfi, look no further!

Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!

Praiano und Anna Marias ,casa Bianca’ ist wunderbar, um die Amalfiküste zu erkunden und gleichzeitig den lokalen Flair zu erleben. Zu Fuß, mit dem Bus, oder Boot. Wir haben uns ohne Auto eine Woche bewegt. Wir würden Marias Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Grazie ancora Anna Maria!

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Very large patio with stunning view! Close to church and piazza (above them), so you can easily follow local, daily life. Good kitchen equipment, so you can cook Italian food by yourself, if you like. We did! Large rooms and two bathrooms. Plus outdoor shower in patio

Beautiful setting for the first part of our first trip to Italy. Pros: kitchen well appointed, view, washer, view, AC, there is a charging station for electric vehicles fairly close, view and host is unit below if you need anything. Cons: it is quite a trek to the unit (was ok for us we had backpack luggage) little store is pretty basic so I suggest picking up necessities before hand, we couldn’t figure out transportation system there so walked mostly and drive a bit. Of note in summer tiny ants are huge issue. Don’t leave crumbs on counter or in sink or next morning you will have hundreds of “visitors” 😂 Any cons are outweighed by the view and setting of this special property.
