Casa Il Gabbiano-Aliseo is a seaside accommodation located in a quiet, scenic area in the center of Praiano, the heart of the Amalfi Coast.
It is located 600 meters from La Praia Beach and 900 meters from One Fire Beach, both of which are accessible via local transportation.
It is about 10 km from Amalfi and 7 km from Positano, both easily accessible by public bus, taxi, and ferry. Near the house, there is a grocery store and a paid parking area.
The space
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

The apartment is approximately 50 square meters, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and is spread over two floors.

On the first floor, there is a spacious and bright LIVING ROOM with a traditional fireplace, a sofa and armchairs, a dining table, air conditioning, and satellite TV. From here, there is access to a small balcony with a cabinet housing a washing machine.

A recently renovated and completely new BATHROOM with a shower and hairdryer, accessible from the living room.

On the first floor is the KITCHEN, also recently renovated and new, featuring an induction cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle and moka pot.

BEDROOM with a large closet, a double bed, and air conditioning. From here, you can access the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs, which offers a spectacular view of the sea—a perfect spot to admire both the sunrise and the sunset.

LOCATION:
The accommodations are easily accessible by climbing the stairs from Piazza Antico Seggio, where you’ll find the “Flavio Gioia” local transit stop that connects the upper part of Praiano to the beaches, the village of Vettica, and Positano.

Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax—€2.50 per person per night—is payable in cash upon arrival and is not included in the price. Children under the age of 10 are exempt.
