'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. Don't hesitate if you are looking for accommodation...

'市街地よりアンコールワットに近いですが、それでもトゥクトゥクで10分ほど。道路は未舗装のところもあるので、歩くのは辛いと思います。付近にはすぐ近くに小さな売店があって、冷たい飲み物やアイスを売っていたのでよかったです。館内にはレストランや売店は無いですが、その分こじんまりしていて、付近も静かで落ち着きます。スタッフもフレンドリーで、のんびりとアンコールワット観光するときの拠点として良いです。なお、市街地へ出るときも、トゥクトゥクなどをGrabで呼べば、10分ほどで行けるので、不便ではないです。 夜にチェックインするときは、食事と買い物を済ませておくのをおすすめします。'

'We chose this because we heard Siem Reap (SR) had become a mad house (it has in parts). GVV is a beautiful oasis. There are only four villas, each are two floor, architecturally fun, 2BR/2.5BA. Grounds and pool beautifully landscape. Staff great. But it is too far to walk to SR, which isn’t really a big deal given super cheap tuktuks. '

'The room we wanted was not available but we got another room that was a bit smaller, cheaper and very nice. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. If I could, I would give them six stars out of five. '

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant design, spacious rooms, and beautifully maintained infrastructure. But what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us organize every aspect of our trip. From visiting Angkor Wat at sunrise to an exhilarating ziplining adventure in the jungle, everything was arranged smoothly and with great attention to detail. They also helped us book an incredible dinner experience, secure transportation across town, and even reserve tickets for the Phare Circus — an absolute must-see. No request was too much, and everything was handled with a smile and genuine care. We were truly amazed at how effortless they made it all feel. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort.
