Small country house from 1870, of about 60m2, renovated.
It is located on a property of more than 2 hectares (field available for horseback riders).
Lots of hiking opportunities, close to the greenway (Paris - Le Mont St Michel), 5 minutes by car from the shops.
On sunny days, it will be good to relax on the lawn or in the shade of the trees after enjoying a good barbecue.
Note: a bedroom with a double bed and 2 extra beds installed in the living room. The accommodation includes a living room with equipped kitchen and a dining room (open space). The living room also includes a wood stove and is located on the first floor.
To access the bedroom and the bathroom, you just have to go down 2 steps from the living room presented above.
Note that you have to go through the bedroom to access the shower room and toilets.
Finally, on the first floor, you will find the living room with an office space and 2 extra beds for 1 place. You are living in a detached house.
Regarding the outdoor space (about 2 hectares) you have full access to it. I live in the property (second house), so I am very available directly or otherwise by phone or text.
