We want to share our love of music with you in this 100 year old Downtown Prescott Apartment. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is full of character, offers you all you'll need during you stay and being only 1.5 blocks away, it is the perfect home base for enjoying everything Downtown Prescott has to offer. You'll also be located in a central part of town to be able to hop in the car and take a quick drive to the lakes and parks around town.

Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.
Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those for the adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is an 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME

Living room: Here you will be able to relax and enjoy streaming access to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu accounts on the smart tv or set up your computer at the desk to get a little work done. For additional sleeping there is a twin sized daybed and trundle.

Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possible need to feel at home. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas oven/stove, toaster, blender. You will also find an Alexa to ask to play your favorite songs while cooking your favorite meals!

Bathroom: Located in the bedroom, it includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity.

Bedroom: A queen sized bed, bed side shelves, dresser and a wardrobe hanger and black out blinds for sleeping in.

Laundry room: Off the kitchen you will find the stacked washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

OUTSIDE
The back yard is fully fenced with a flagstone patio with an outdoor dining table and umbrella for shade. It is a perfect spot to visit with your group and enjoy the cooler evening temperatures. There is also a propane BBQ grill. A great spot to enjoy your morning coffee is the front porch. With the morning shade it is the perfect place to sit back and watch the people and cars pass by.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by VRBO. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or No Pets; It's the guest's responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we've confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you're required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
