Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. The home itself was extremely comfortable, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the upgrades. The improvements really elevate the space and make this charming house feel luxurious. I stayed here with a co-worker because we had business for a week in Prescott. The house is in an excellent location, the parking is easy, and the house was clean and comfortable for us to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in Prescott.

This home is wonderful! Just a couple of blocks from the courthouse so we walked to everything. The house is very clean and has a great porch to hang out on. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
