Welcome to The Flitstone Home

Three bedroom three bath beautifully newly remodeled with a lot of beautiful interior design. Relaxing private outside backyard with a gas grill for a delicious cookout and in addition a gas fire pit is on the back porch for you to enjoy with friends and family.
The house is very open and spacious, everything is brand new. Kitchen is fully equipped, and it boasts a coffee bar. Come enjoy some peaceful ambiance this home has to offer!! There is shared parking with the guest house but each has its own private entrance and is designed for maximum privacy.

Laura was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She was happy to accommodate us on short notice as we were getting out of another VRBO that had mice in the kitchen. **Not how we had planned to spend our vacation.** This property is kept meticulously clean, and the decor is gorgeous. Landscaping and yard amenities are also maintained through the winter months, which sadly is not the norm in a lot of VRBOs. The only bummer for my family was that there is not a washer and dryer available to use on the property, but that is a personal preference. We would absolutely recommend Laura and staying in her lovely home!

Beautifully decorated, very clean, and much larger than it appears in the photos! The kitchen was really well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water. The house is in a nice neighborhood and only a short drive to downtown Prescott. Laura responded within minutes when we had questions, and she was easy to work with. It was the perfect place for our girls getaway, and we would definitely stay there again!

Cute little house! We stayed for the weekend for a softball tournament and it’s the perfect distance between Pioneer Park and Whiskey Row. We had six adults staying there. As the description is laid out, there are three rooms. One specifically with two twin beds which wasn’t the most comfortable for adults playing softball but that’s an us problem and it is clear in the description when booking. No other complaints, great location, very clean, cozy and welcoming!

It is our second stay at this location. Nice layout for our extended family to sit around and visit. The back deck and yard are a relaxing outside space. Big gas grill and outdoor gas fireplace on a cool night. Convenient location for downtown and the Embry-Riddle campus. Take note - there is an ample supply of coffee mugs!

Family in town to visit our Embry-Riddle student. We returned to rent this home a second time after a great initial stay. The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable with all of the amenities one would need! The location is a perfect split between campus and downtown with easy access to services. Check in and out were very smooth, and we look forward to our next visit!

The Flinthouse was everything we expected. Clean, updated, and very comfortable. The owners left us snacks and a bowl of chocolates in the fridge. If friends are staying in Prescott, i definitely would suggest booking this property.

ERAU Commissioning/Graduation

Our daughter commissioned and graduated this past weekend in Prescott. Since we stayed at the Flitstone Studio last year, we though we should rent both the Flitstone Home and Studio for our family visiting for the weekend's events. The Flitstone Home is a lovely home, with 3 good sized bedrooms and a very comfortable sofabed in the living room. It is a great place for a family or friends. There's a small grassy area in the backyard if you have little ones that need to run around. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Highly recommend.

Flitstone House is amazing! Everything is beautifully appointed from decor to luxury towels and full bath supplies. Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need. Backyard was delightful with bunnies and birds in the morning and gas fire pit at night. Beds were fabulous and everything was spotless and clean. Great quiet neighborhood and perfect location for us close to downtown. Best vacation rental I’ve ever been to! We met the owner by chance, Laura is delightful thanks for such a great stay!
