Welcomed to your Prescott home-away-from-home! Our cozy hillside apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, quiet, and convenience - just 1.5 miles from Whiskey Row, yet tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with open views of the beautiful Bradshaw Mountains.

Outside, you’ll have access to a side yard with comfy chairs, mountain views, and a firepit - a great spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind under a sky full of stars (no city lights here, so stargazing is amazing!).

Pets are welcome for an additional fee! Please note - the yard is not directly attached to the apartment. You'll have to walk outside and up the stairs to access it. This is important for your furry kids as you'll need to escort them outside.

A few things to note:

This is the lower level of our home, and we live upstairs. You may occasionally hear us walking or our pets moving around, but we’re always mindful of your space and happy to help if you need anything. We do our best to keep the noise down, but we do live here.

***The driveway is steep! Please know your driving abilities and exercise caution when driving up.

You can walk downtown in about 30 minutes, but the return trip is uphill - great for those who like a little exercise! The drive is less than 5!
