You’re only a quick 10-minute drive from the historic Prescott Courthouse Square and lively Whiskey Row. Whether you’re into history, shopping, award-winning dining, museums, rodeos, concerts, or live entertainment, it’s all close enough to enjoy without giving up the peace of the pines.

Inside, you’ll have 3,200 square feet of space to stretch out. The home features four comfortable bedrooms dressed in luxury linens and three full bathrooms, so no one’s waiting around in the morning. Fresh carpet runs through the cabin bedrooms and game room, while the rest of the home shows off real hardwood floors.

The primary suite has a brand-new king bed, a 60” smart TV, a full dresser, and a walk-in closet that’s perfect for longer stays. The ensuite bath features a garden tub and a separate shower that doubles as a steam room. Two more queen bedrooms sit on the main floor, each with their own smart TV. The fourth queen bedroom is downstairs next to the game room.

The kitchen is modern, stocked with essentials, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge and dishwasher. The dining area opens to the upper deck, where you’ll find two patio sets, seating for 11, a gas fire pit, a heat lamp, and a roomy conversation area. The view looks out over a wooded space with no rear neighbors and even a seasonal creek. Upstairs, the living room centers around a gas fireplace with a comfy sofa and three chairs—the right setup for cool mountain nights.

You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi, central heat and AC, and room for your pups too. Dogs are welcome—smaller breeds are preferred (under 20 lbs, with a fee).
