'If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. 'Staff was very helpful, room was clean.. it’s an older property so a bit dingy and some things good be improved …. Breakfast was bare bones and not our thing but not horrid….. stay if you plan to be out and about as it is a good place to lay your head and well priced but it is not resort vibes…….fair for fair price!!! Nice staff and very accommodating!!'

'Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made'
