'Was a great stay except that the king size bed we requested was not what we were given. Even though I booked my reservation over a week in advance the two girls explained that all request for king rooms no matter when they are reserve are looked at that morning and are assigned out. When there are no more king rooms they just are given the double beds. I have never been done that way before. Or given that resoning why we didn't get the room we requested. But when asked to see a manager she...

'the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. '
