Zoek naar Flats in Princeville

'-Listing was inaccurate; it says there is a hot tub on site but there is not. -Whole house smells like mildew. -The cleaner was still working at our check in time and we had to wait for 2 hours in our car before they had the place clean. -The host messaged me mid stay telling (not asking) that “someone needed access to the property” while we were out. I asked what was being repaired (obviously some repairs cannot wait, maintenance has to be scheduled, etc.) and the host told me it was a realtor...

'The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

'Beautiful resort and clean, comfortable room.'

'Great experience. We have stayed at this rental 3 times over the past several years. We continue returning because it is a consistent, clean and very convenient location for our vacations in Kauai.'

'The Cliffs resort is very nice and has lots of amenities. This is a nice end unit with lots of light and breezes. New owner has been updating unit and has more projects planned.'

'This home is exactly what a vacation rental should be! It was perfectly appointed with everything you’d need (including beach chairs and toys), clear instructions, a helpful and responsive host, and convenient location. We were thrilled that the bedroom had air conditioning, that was the cherry on top!'

'The property is in a very nice location, close to our favorite beaches. We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing.'

'The place was everything we needed. It was really clean, had extra touches such as complimentary shampoo, body wash, and all the beach gear you could ever need: chairs umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards. The location was great for us since we wanted to be near haena Park and still we drove to the southern and western parts of the island probably took at most 2 hours if that. But hanalei is 10 minutes and has shops and restaurants and coffee places and a beautiful beach. This place was a...

'The views from this condo are breathtaking with the primary room having a bed that faces the bay. We could not have been more pleased with the room's cleanliness, views, and the resort amenities. Each condo had 2 boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs and snorkel gear. It made enjoying the beaches hassle free and we were so thankful to have them included with the condo and didn't have to rent them from the hotel or in town. The beach access is about .25 mile down from the top of the path, it'll...
