3BR Nihilani Condo met AC, zwembad en dicht bij winkels

Kom en verblijf in Honu House! Een luxe, nieuw ingerichte split-level Nihilani plattegrond. Nihilani 8C bevindt zich in een binnengebouw, weg van de straten en verkeerslawaai en op slechts een korte wandeling naar het zwembad en de barbecue.

Deze unit is voorzien van hardhout in alle woonruimtes. Geniet van drie lanais - twee uit de privé-slaapkamers, of u kunt een zwoele avond delen met vrienden op de Lanai vlak bij de woonkamer.

Geniet van een volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, het koffiezetapparaat van Cuisinart, een broodrooster en een blender, granieten aanrecht, een groot ontbijteiland en een zitplaats voor zes personen.

De woonkamer en master suite biedt grote flatscreen-tv's, kabel en dvd-spelers, en een flatscreen-tv in de koningin kamer. Als u een tablet meeneemt, hebben we snel internet, zodat u uw favoriete services kunt streamen. Alle bedden hebben gloednieuwe hoogwaardige matrassen voor een comfortabel, rustgevend verblijf, hoge draadentellen en dekbedden van West Elm & Pottery Barn. Blijf koel met airconditioning, droog met een parkeergarage voor 2 wagens en schoon met de nieuwste high-density wasmachine / droger.

Kies voor stranduitstapjes uit soft- of hardzijdige koelers, strandstoelen, parasols, floaties en boogieplanken, snorkeluitrusting en strandspeelgoed. Familie strandreizen zal een eitje zijn. Klaar voor de dag in Ke'e, Tunnels, Hanalei, Anini en veel andere nabijgelegen stranden.

Nihilani is een rustige ontwikkeling met alle voorzieningen op slechts enkele minuten van winkels en eten in Princeville en Hanalei. Lovely condo

We loved our stay in this condo. Plenty of room and very clean. It was quiet and cozy with lovely birds flying around the lanai. Thank you for the open communication and making the whole process a breeze!

The property was amazing, along with the amenities and even the neighbors were so kind. I had good vibes throughout the whole process of booking this condo and throughout the whole vacation. I love the north shore! And this put us right up there. The pool and grill was a very short walk away and beautiful. Beds are soooo comfy, especially the king size. Decks are beautiful. I took a selfie off my bedroom deck with the mountains behind me...I don't remember reading that the mountains are visible in this condo, but they are. I had a rooster in my yard at least a couple times a day! Loved it! The pictures on vrbo are true. When I go back to paradise I will try to book this condo for sure!

Terrific location, great unit

Our second long stay in Nihilani/Princeville. Location is great, wonderful community, great unit. Enjoyed the pool and spa in this well landscaped and maintained community. Unit is updated and very clean and communication responsive. New beach chairs and cooler bag provided. Will be back again next year.

A perfect condo in Princeville

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful Princeville condo. It was very clean and well appointed with plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many meals during our stay. The number of decks and outside seating accommodations were used everyday. The location is easy to get to and really perfect to venture further north or east. We were very grateful for the use of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and sand toys which made the time on the beach even more enjoyable. Cars must be parked in the garage, and we had a Chevy Tahoe which fit! I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back in the future.

Beyond outstanding

This property exceeded ALL our expectations. It was stunning in photos and did not disappoint us. We loved the lanai on both levels….pure perfection to just sit and relax. Kitchen well appointed and do not underestimate having a garage. It did not feel like a rental but rather an island home that we were privileged to visit. We cannot say enough about the condo and the complex, everything gorgeous. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for our incredible stay.

Perfect New Years Getaway!

This home was perfect for a family of 5 and a great place to call “home” while we explored the island. The condo was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the upstairs patio and the kitchen amenities. We love the North Shore area and despite all of the rain, we were able to get in lots of hikes and beach time. We really appreciated the welcome amenities, the beach gear (bogie boards, chairs, and lots of beach towels. We hope to stay here again!

Second Stay at this Wonderful Property!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. My family lives on the south side of Kauai and since Covid, we have taken to staycations instead of vacations. This condo is the perfect getaway and set up for our family. It has everything we need and a wonderful set up with lots of space. It's a little tight in the living room/tv area for movie night, but I assume that most people coming to the island won't be staying in watching movies like our kids want to. since they get the beach all the time. The other thing that was not a problem for us, but you might want to be aware of is that the driveway is a little tricky. The smaller the car the easier to navigate in and out of the garage. The neighbors behind the house are lovely and the property managers were very easy to reach and communicative. We will definitely return to this property again :-)
