I’m glad you enjoyed your stay Amanda. Thanks for the great feedback. Funny thing is I did have a dresser in there and nobody ever used it. They always worked out of their suitcases on the ground lol I do have more hangers and maybe I’ll put that dresser back in there after all!

Sorry about that Benjamin but at least parking is free and it’s literally less than a minute walk. You can always pull up to the room to unload and then go park your car.

Thanks for the four stars Mara, considering your issues with the room. For starters, I just want to let you know that I lived in that unit for 27 years never locked my doors and never had any incidents. It’s a perfectly safe neighborhood. I’d be curious to who the “locals“ were that warned you about the windows. I’m not even sure how anyone could get through louvers either, but aside from that. You also had trouble finding the room and the parking lot. Yes, everything is more difficult in the dark that’s for sure. I assume everyone uses Google maps these days, but in the future you should reach out to Vrbo or the host if you are having trouble finding the location of things. That’s what we’re here for!

Thanks Glen for the great review. I apologize for not leaving a fan. I wish you would’ve asked me because I would’ve dropped one off for you. It’s just such a small room. I don’t like to leave a lot of clutter but I do have fans available upon request.

Thank you for the great review! I just want to reiterate for potential guests reading this review that the room is advertised “hotel style“. There are no utensils, because there is no cooking. I include a knife and cutting board for people to cut fruit. And there is a sign about using plastic, cutlery and paper plates and throwing everything away since there is no sink for washing.

Thank you for the nice review Jason and yes I agree. The walls could have better soundproofing. We lived in that adjoining unit for 27 years and the studio was our children’s room so the noise was not a factor. But we are thinking of adding an extra layer of drywall!

Sorry Meg about the deposit but as I told you before, I DEFINITELY would have noticed it before your arrival. I clean the bathroom floor on my hands and knees so it would not have escaped me. THEN I would have charged the last guests. But somehow it happened during your stay even though you didn't notice. I'm still open to partially refunding you. I just have not been able to get the maintenance guy over to see it yet. It's hard to find help these days, especially in the islands. Forgive me for the delay but I will get back to you as soon as he checks it out. Hopefully it will be a minor repair.
