Perfect Family Home Base!

We absolutely loved this family-friendly rental in Princeville! Spacious for our two families with four adults and five kids under 10. Everything we needed for adventures out during the day and family dinners at home in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a happier home base for our vacation.

VRBO Kauai Trip

The home was perfect for our family which included 5 adults and 4 kids. The living quarters is modern and airy…room for everyone to feel comfortable. Also, the kitchen was stocked with needed items. We also enjoyed the extras which included: beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and paddle boards. The Host communication was excellent .

Dream getaway

We had such a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect: house was fully equipped, close to lots of attractions stores and the beach. We highly recommend it for families with kids. Boys loved their bunk bed and all water toys. Definitely would stay there again!!!!

Delightful Spot in Princeville

We were seeking a space for a couple families and one grandparent and home delivered on all fronts. Between the nice open layout of the space, the provided beach toys, and the quite neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. We would happily stay here again on a future trip.

Beautiful Home For Family Vacation

The house is updated and spacious for our family of 10 (7 adults and 3 young kids). The kids very much enjoyed the books, games, beach gear, and water toys. The fully equipped kitchen and full wrap around deck were well utilized. The house has beautiful views of the mountains and an abundance of natural light. The house is in a quiet location but still close to the grocery store and Princeville shopping center. Hanalei and Anini are a short drive away for daily beach excursions. Overall everyone was very comfortable during the stay. Alison was very responsive to our questions. Would recommend to stay here again.

Updated home - perfect for our stay!

Our family fell in love with this property! Great neighborhood, very quiet and secure. The house is full of natural light with all the windows, sliding glass doors, and skylights. We had our entire family there for our son's wedding. We also hosted a dinner for the bride's family. I couldn't have done it without a well-equipped kitchen and the open dining space, plus deck dining. The house functioned very well for that purpose and I was so pleased! Beautiful mountain views. Nice landscaping. And lots of toys! We used the surfboards and beach chairs almost every day. We also rode the bikes to get acai bowls and other treats at the Princeville shopping strip. The Saturday market is spectacular. Superb location, only a few minutes to Hanalei Bay where we spent a ton of beach and surfing time. Alison went above & beyond. Highly recommend this property. We'd prioritize this home over any other in the area for a return trip. Thanks so much for a fantastic experience!
