Prachtig uitzicht op de machtige Stille Oceaan vanuit elke kamer

Geniet van de prachtige North Shore van Kauai in onze mooie Alii Kai I Condominium.

Het is een begane grond, hoekopstelling zittend op een klif met uitzicht op de prachtige Stille Oceaan. In de winter betoverd worden door 15 tot 25 voet golven. Walvissen die in de oceaan brullen en albatrossen glijden langs uw ramen. In de zomer, geniet van snorkelen onder het condominium. Bekijk de bruinvissen (dolfijnen) die in de oceaan spelen en de schildpadden die in de golven ronddraaien. Vaak zul je een monniksrob vinden die op de lava onder het appartement rust. Er is een kort pad dat u naar de oceaan brengt.

We hebben internet en WiFi voor uw gemak. We hebben ook een gevarieerde bibliotheek met veel Hawaiiana-boeken voor uw plezier plus spelletjes, puzzels en alle strandspullen die u nodig heeft. Een rugzak is klaar om te wandelen.

Dit is een vredig, rustig condominium in Hawaiiaanse stijl, met de kamers die uitkijken op de oceaan en de koele tradewinds die door de unit waaien. De zonsopgangen kunnen spectaculair zijn. Een prachtige manier om te ontspannen! Terwijl u aan tafel eet, kunt u uitkijken naar de tropische vogels die op zoek zijn naar hun maaltijd in de oceaan.

Great location for star gazing and ocean waves

The location was perfect for stargazing and watching big ocean waves! The condo was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and big fluffy towels. The owner was attentive and visited with us to ensure we were comfortable. We very much appreciated the wonderful hospitality! We’ve only been gone for one night, but wish we were still there!

Peaceful

Quite and peaceful, great place to recharge your batteries. The unit is incredibly well equipped with stuff you'd find at home, condiments, spices, cooking utensils, stuff for the beach. This is the most well thought out place we've stayed.

Absolutely amazing!

We spent 5 days at this beautiful property. The location was perfect. I think this might be the best spot on the island. Easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. It was quiet and the views were spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the wraparound deck watching and listening to the ocean. The host had everything we could ever want or need. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about book, you won’t be disappointed!!

Amazing Location

Can't beat this spot. Wrap around Lanai for sunrise and sunsets. Quiet location. Many walkable Points of Interest. The condo was clean and had amazing amenities. It felt remote and connected to nature, but close to everythong at the same time. It truly is a Slice of Paradise. Evelyn was an amazing host.

Loved it!

Highly recommend the property, Evelyn’s slice of paradise is just as described. I loved the panoramic views from almost every room except the bathrooms. The one thing I did notice which the owner can’t control; the upstairs neighbor watches tv quite loud and smokes cigarettes. So if you’re sensitive to smoke you wouldn’t be able to leave the lanai door or the bedroom windows open. There is everything you need in the unit. Boogie boards, wet suits, water shoes, snorkel equipment, chairs, umbrellas, straw hats, shopping bags. There are also things for kids - puzzles, toys. We brought our own gear and toys/books so we were all set, but it was nice to know that the unit was fully stocked. Love the attention to detail! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!!

Great vacation in a wonderful spot

We had a great time in Kauai. The condo is in a prime location overlooking the ocean. The ocean breeze keeps the unit cool and the sound of the waves lulls us to sleep at night. The condo is in great shape and very clean.

Absolutely perfect

This is one of the best ocean side rentals ever. The location is superb and the flat was furnished to make the stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We could see the sunrise and sunset, punctuated by albatross fly by's and white tailed tropic birds. Would return in a heartbeat.

Completely Awesome

Best view in Kauai

We started and ended every day sitting out on the deck watching the waves and spotting the whales. In between those times, we enjoyed several beaches in the area and took a daily hike also in the area. It was a very low key week and exactly what we wanted and needed before heading back to real life. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise!!

Definitely a Slice of Paradise!

Nothing fancy but has everything you need and the view is incredible! Even a rainy day is nice because you can sit and read or work on a puzzle and just watch the ocean waves roll in and...... then there are the rainbows! When you are out and about for the day it is a wonderful relaxing place to land at the end of the day. Lots of beaches, nice grocery store, shops and restaurants in Princeville and Hanalei. Truly a home away from home.
