Mooie, ruime woning op golfbaan met weelderige bergen

Rustig ... rustig ... ontspannen ... ontsnappen aan je hectische leven en jezelf trakteren op een vakantie in dit comfortabele, goed uitgeruste huis. Het huis ligt aan de Makai-golfbaan in Princeville en wordt omgeven door prachtige Hawaiiaanse vegetatie. Het huis is ongeveer 3100 vierkante voet met alles wat je nodig hebt om je eilandervaring te verbeteren.

De geweldige indeling van het huis bestaat uit 4 slaapkamers: twee master suites met eigen badkamer op het bovenste niveau, twee extra slaapkamers en een complete badkamer bevinden zich op het lagere niveau. De Aloha kamer op het bovenste niveau heeft een volledige slaapbank. De ruime keuken, gelegen op het bovenste niveau, heeft granieten werkbladen en is volledig gevuld met alle voorzieningen van thuis. De familiekamer op een lager niveau biedt een flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders, een dvd-speler met een mooie selectie dvd's, boeken en spelletjes voor uw plezier. De Game Room naast de Family Room heeft een tafeltennistafel.

Het huis heeft prachtige veranda naast veel van de kamers. De bovenste Lanai, tegenover de golfbaan, bestaat uit drie delen: een volledig afgeschermd in het midden en twee open veranda aan elk uiteinde. De lange onderste Lanai heeft twee ligstoelen, een comfortabele zithoek en een gasgrill en kijkt ook uit op de golfbaan. De 2 slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping hebben elk een Lanai.

Gelegen in een rustige woonwijk is dit huis een geweldige plek voor een familie of grote groepsvakantie. Het is geschikt voor 10 personen. Het heeft 4 queensize bedden, een slaapbank voor 2 personen en 2 pack'n speelt voor zeer kleine kinderen. Full size wasmachine en droger en WiFi beschikbaar.

De North Shore van Kauai biedt vele geweldige manieren om van je vakantie te genieten en om je te helpen genieten we van snorkeluitrusting, strandspeelgoed, boogieplanken, strandstoelen en strandhanddoeken. Buitengewone stranden zoals Anini Beach, Hanalei Beach, Tunnels en Ke'e zijn allemaal op korte rijafstand van het huis. Ziplining, paardrijden, kajakken en minigolf zijn beschikbaar in of in de buurt van Princeville of Hanalei. Supermarkt en restaurants liggen op minder dan 1,5 km van het huis in het Princeville Center.

Doesnt get any better...

We loved it! Has everything you need. Very comfortable. Store near by for food. It is 10 minutes from two of the best beaches I have ever been on. Snorkel all day or small surf at the other. I would recomend it to everyone!

Great Family Home Perfect Location

I was so grateful to find this listing just around the corner from me. We rented the house for our extended family who were visiting from Australia. I had to find a place that was close to our home, but the best part was not just the location on Princeville on the frisbee golf course but the size of the house for so many family members. Being a vacation rental owner myself I am always looking for clean homes. This house was spotless. Well equipped for every age. And the fact it has four bedroom is also such a plus. It suited my cousins, my brother and their kids and they all loved all the bikes and games too. The house is air conditioned which is a luxury in Kauai and in August it was very welcome on the hot days, but the open house breeze upstairs and the views from the decks were wonderful as well. Thank you Linda for a perfect stay for my family. I will for sure book your home again. I hope to see you one day as neighbors too!

Everything You Need

They have thought of everything. Knowing we can’t bring everything we would want in our suitcases, they have thought of it all. It was so great for our family of 6 but would be perfect for two small families as well. The neighborhood is amazing the view from the back of the house is beautiful. An Incredible Vacation Home

I cannot say enough about this home. We have stayed here several times. Why so wonderful? The screened in lanai and all the other outdoor lanais, the huge master bedroom with all the amenities, three more bedrooms and a den that converts into a fifth bedroom, the well appointed kitchen and long table for all our family meals in the evening after a day in the sun. Hanalei and princeville are great locations, near many beaches, the botanical garden, the Napali coast, Kilauea lighthouse and much more. Grocery store, restaurants and even an urgent care just minutes away. The owners and manager are quick to respond and help when needed. Such a lovely spot. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Perfect Vacation Home for Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids from 4 to 17). Having two master bedrooms was great. The house was spacious enough for us never to feel on top of each other. The layout is open and so many beautiful views. The property is so well appointed with quality linens and kitchen equipment and very clean! The community is beautiful and quiet. Walking distance to playground, basketball courts and a shopping center that has grocery, dining and shopping. The game room and all of the beach equipment are awesome. The communication with the management is excellent. We look forward to renting this property again for our next Kauai trip.

Perfect place to stay in princeville

My partner and i flew out with our family to get married in Kauai. We found this house that served every single purpose that we could need for a week on paradise. The house is large and gorgeous with beautiful views off the back decks. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We were able to use some of the beach equipment for our adventures around the island. We stopped at most of the towns around the island, for shopping and beaching while we were here so we got good use of the chairs and towels and umbrellas. The host was so kind and very detailed in instruction so everything was very clear which was so helpful. Wish i could live here haha. Definitely suggest this place for anyone and their family to stay

Just Perfect!

This house wa sure perfect accommodation for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals as a family. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The house is well stocked we didn’t have to worry about anything. We all enjoyed the game room and beach goodies. Gathering on the screened porch was great during the rain. It was the best trip ever.

This house was perfect for a large group of adults. Each couple had their own large room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The set up downstairs was a perfect getaway for a smaller group to hang out and we really appreciated all the bikes and snorkeling/beach gear. Overall a great experience and would absolutely rent this house again!

Such a special place

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Princeville home. It has two bedrooms plus a den that can be used as a bedroom on the upper floor along with the kitchen and living room and three bathrooms, and two bedrooms and a huge den on the lower floor. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and a great deal of care has been taken to make it attractive and family friendly. I love that there is only one large TV in the downstairs den where we all gather to watch movies at night. You can go out into the backyard and golf course at night and look at the stars. You are walking distance to Foodland, grocery store, the library, and a playground. There’s a farmers market every Saturday morning next to the playground and there is music every Wednesday afternoon at the golf course. But best of all, everything in the house just works so well: the fans, the appliances, and so many outdoor lanais to sit in and enjoy the breezes. we love Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town, but we also enjoy Anini beach and Kilauea town. Thank you for a lovely month’s vacation!

WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY

I brought my whole family here for the holidays, six adults and two kids. The place was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The yard had fresh fruit trees, we picked fresh fruit up from the back yard, some of the best oranges I have ever had. We had a small issue with the dish washer and the owner was right on it. I would give this place 10 STARS if I could, Thanks SO MUCH!!!!!

We loved this house. It is one of the best-equipped VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you need for your vacation but can’t fit in a suitcase! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, but also places where everyone can be together. Multiple shops, beaches, and restaurants very close. Definitely recommend!

Everything at the house was great! The only problem we had was with the laundry, which we fixed ourselves. The dryer wasn't drying things properly and our clothes ended up sitting in the dryer wet for several hours causing them to smell. Apparently, the previous renters did not completely clean the lint filter. First layer was cleaned, but there was a layer glued to the trap which we had to pry off. Once that was completely clean, it was working well. So, make sure that is completely cleaned out before using. Had to rewash a couple of loads. Loved having all of the beach towels, chairs, etc. available for use. Of course, the island is amazing, so we did many outings for adventure!

AMAZING PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR EXTENDED FAMILY

From our first contact with owner Linda Gall, who was gracious and helpful. The location is ideal...since between the 2 families we had 6 children ages 14-20 who can't drive a rental car...who loved walking to the nearby Foodland and other shops. The huge kitchen worked well for multiple people helping with meal prep...usually for 16 because I also rented 2 other places for me and my husband and a 3rd son with his family. Wonderful long BEAUTIFUL table inside was perfect for lots of games....and everyone loved the screened patios so we could eat inside or outside. Wonderful view....and incredible supplies for a week on Kauai....boogie boards, chairs, and lots, lots more...Also local manager Kaye was very helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked out perfectly for the family. LOVED THE PLACE....and I'm sure the family wil return!
