The villa covers 544 m² of living space and includes a beautifully landscaped garden of 169 m². It features four elegant bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. All bedrooms offer sea views, while the two bedrooms on the third floor also include walk-in closets and private terraces. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a game room, while the first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an extra sofa bed, and a lovely terrace ideal for al fresco dining and watching the sunset.



Every room, including the living area, is equipped with underfloor heating, making Villa Serena a cozy retreat year-round. Guests can enjoy a private pool (26 m²), an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Three private parking spaces are available on-site.
