'Waves is a beautiful resort on a beautiful island, but what makes it really special are the incredible staff who go above and beyond for every guest staying with them. Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Ether, and everyone working in the Seascape restaurant, treated us like family and made our daughter feel like she was going downstairs to visit her aunties for every meal. 'This hotel was very nice and affordable, the staff was helpful and friendly my only issue was the location of the hotel.. very far from all of the upscale restaurants almost $70 for a uber to QP bistro which is crazy if I knew beforehand and did my research better I would’ve stayed closer to all of the popular sites and restaurants. Also they advertise the king bed room and charge you extra but it’s really two twin beds pushed together so if you try to sleep in the middle you fall in the hole...

'Het is werkelijk een paradijs! Wanneer je de kamerdeuren opent naar het balkon, staat je een geweldige view te wachten. Je kijkt direct uit op zee, en je voelt de 'ocean spray' op je gezicht als je op het balkon staat. Vanuit de kamer zie je de lokale vissers hun vangst binnenhalen. Het personeel is allemaal even aardig, behulpzaam, gezellig en open. De bevolking in Barbados is erg gezellig. Doordat ze allemaal goed engels spreken is de communicatie met de bevolking erg makkelijk. Ook zij staan...

'Clean, good location for walking to eateries and on the beach. Pool too small to be usable for more than dipping. No exercise room/limited amenities.'

'The apartment is located more or less on the beach in close proximity to a 24 hr. bar. On Sundays there are beach parties that are loud. The room was never cleaned by staff. I left my garbage outside and it was not collected for days. Outside of those things, its a nice intimate space in the heart of Bridgetown.'
