I am sorry for the confusion, Judi. We did have an event that booked the front fire pits until 10pm on Friday, but the two large fire pits in the courtyard were available from dusk that evening until 10, at which point the bayside firepits were available to all guests the remainder of the evening. Both fire pit areas were available for all guests on Saturday.

Hi there, we had an incredible amount of humidity and had just come out of a heat wave during your stay. I am sorry that this created the appearance of mildew and a musty smell in your room. I assure you that this is not the norm and we are sincerely sorry that this happened. I remember speaking with you at check out. I am glad that we were able to have a conversation and that I was able to personally apologize and waive any penalties for departing early. Again, my apologies. I hope you can forgive us.

Also, that blue chair is not room furniture, so not sure how it got in there. Please accept our apologies.

Our license for the Cabana Bar forbids outside beverages and our bartenders are happy to fill water bottles for out guests.

Hi Diane, thanks for writing us a review. I am glad you enjoyed our large, outdoor, heated swimming pool- it truly is a favorite of most of our guests. I am sorry for the confusion you encountered booking your room. We offer a number of different room types and it seems the pic you saw of the balcony and small dining table come with our courtyard double queen rooms and not the courtyard double room you booked. Our king rooms and suites do offer a table in the room. We hope you'll consider us on your next visit.

Yes, you must cross the street to get to the bay side beach across from the hotel, and our guests love that as well. We wish you safe travels.

So many guests love our courtyard area, the large Connect 4 games as well as corn hole and the lounge areas by the firepits are always a hit with everyone. I am so happy you got to enjoy it all! East End market bagels are my favorite and I can never say no to breakfast at Liz's Café. We hope you'll come back and see us next year as all of your guest rooms, including bathrooms, will be remodeled in time for the 2024 season.

Thanks for the review, Ian. We appreciate the feedback- seems like a few missteps were made on our end and I do apologize for that. We are a mile and a half from the town center and the CCRTA (bus) comes by the hotel twice an hour and is an easy 5 minute ride to town.

Thanks for the review, Kyle. The Destination Fee is outlined in the "Important Information" section of your Expedia booking. It is 30 per day and is a lump fee to include parking and wi-fi as well as other things such as our lawn games, ping pong, pool, and yoga.
