Zonovergoten vakantiewoning in het centrum van de stad op de tweede en derde verdieping van een vrijstaand gebouw met drie verdiepingen. Deze unit is weggestopt aan de achterzijde van een klein appartementencomplex, weg van straat- en voetgangerslawaai, met veel natuurlijk licht, waterpieken en vrij uitzicht op het Pilgrim Monument. Deze duplex-eenheid heeft drie slaapkamers en twee volledige badkamers met natuurlijke riviersteenvloeren. Het appartement beschikt over high-end meubels met centrale airconditioning en hardhouten vloeren in de grote, open plattegrond. De eerste verdieping heeft een comfortabele woonkamer met WiFi, HD-kabel en Bose-geluid, streamingmogelijkheden (Chromecast van Google), Bluetooth-connectiviteit met het geluidssysteem, chef-keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en aanrechtbladen van silestone, en dineren voor zes gasten rond een grote tafel. Een eigen terras met uitzicht op de stad en het monument bevindt zich direct naast de eetzaal. Er is een slaapkamer en een complete badkamer op de eerste verdieping. De tweede verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers en de tweede complete badkamer. De unit is volledig uitgerust met een vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger, zowel een koffiezetapparaat als Keurig, en alle voorzieningen die men zou verwachten. Gunstig gelegen nabij Far Land voorzieningen en een korte wandeling naar de veerboot of het strand. Offstreet-parkeren voor één auto is inbegrepen. Een perfecte uitje plek midden in het centrum of de stad, op slechts een steenworp afstand van winkels, restaurants en alle gemakken.

Fabulous property in the center of town

We stayed for a week during Carnival and couldn’t have had a better time. The place is smack dab in the center of town and convenient to everything. The deck was a great place for a morning cup of coffee and view of Pilgrim Monument. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s no issue when you’re out on the town most of the time. Having both bathrooms detached from the bedrooms made it easy for a group stay. Loved staying here and hope to stay again!

Spacious and clean

We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable here. The place is clean and very well maintained. It’s also fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels. The outdoor space is small but has a great view. My only wish was that the furniture inside and out was a little more comfortable but overall, everything was excellent. And the host was extremely responsive to questions during our stay.

Family Week

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90. We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°. We rate our stay a 5 stars!! Thank you!

Excellent Stay - Responsive Hosts

The home is very well kept by the hosts, centrally located to most of the action on Commercial Street- yet quiet and removed from a lot of the bustle. Our hosts did a wonderful job preparing us for arrival to Ptown and also quick to respond to messages and texts to answer questions we had. We hope to return to the same house next year!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo...Tucked away, yet central to everything. With its open floor plan on the main level and three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. Additionally, Tom and Jonathan were excellent hosts. A great place abs a great location

Thomas’ house is a lovely spot that’s central to town but also slightly removed from Commercial St., which is nice. We’ve stayed in Provincetown a few times, and this is probably our favorite rental so far. The common areas are larger and nicer than they look in photos, though the rooms are relatively small. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Outstanding in every way!

This place has all the things we could want: location, comfort, luxury, and convenience. - Location: The condo is one block off the main drag and quiet in the space, even with windows open. Delicious meals right outside the front door. Off street parking included in a designated space. - Comfort: beds, sofa, chairs, dining are all comfortable and plentiful. The kitchen is large enough for a couple of people to cook, etc. The layout is well thought out with recessed lights and lamps. - Luxury: beautiful bed linens and towels, thoughtfully laid out bathrooms with enough space, and high end appliances. And someone has a eye for decorating with gorgeous items and enough space left over for your things while you're staying there. - Convenience: easy walking to Commercial St, parking spot, lots to do within walking distance, and a major grocery a short drive away. This is the place to stay in P-town!

Wonderful stay for 6 friends

Clean, well-furnished condo close to Commercial St and restaurants. 6 of us stayed here for a week and would definitely come back again! We especially enjoyed the deck with outdoor seating and views of the monument.

This property was all we dreamed of and more. The location was perfect, the deck was a wonderful spot for coffee and cocktails... plus the benefit of a free Miss Richfield 1981 show due to venues moving outside because of COVID. The condo was spotless upon arrival and hand sanitizer was provided. We felt as safe here as we did sheltering in place at home.

Great stay!

This property is in a perfect location. Off the street, but sop close to Commercial St, and views of the Pilgrim Tower and sunsets. The private deck is large enough to sit 4-6 people comfortably. The living area and kitchen are much larger than the photos make them seem. With 6 people in there house, we had plenty of room to roam about. The downstairs bedroom is a little snug, but there was room on both side of the bed to navigate. Upstairs, the master bedroom was quite large, as was the bathroom. There other bedroom upstairs was a little tight around the actual bed, but we had no trouble. The property managers were nothing short of fantastic: super quick to reply and answer any and all questions. I would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Home sweet home in PTown

You won’t find a better place in terms of comfort, cleanliness and accommodations including an awesome grill, more appliances than you can use, super comfy beds, spacious living space, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen. If that’s not enough your hosts Tom and Jonathan are always two steps ahead in terms of communicating details like parking, check in and out procedures, and inquiring about noise levels from a business that recently opened next door. The location is great - across the street is a bike rental place and a CVS and you are a stone’s throw from Pilgrim House where there are always amazing shows. What are you waiting for to book this place? Just don’t pick my weekend (lol).
