Modern vacation home “Im Grünen” with 2 halves, in a quiet location with sunny terrace, sauna, fireplace and meadow view



The Space:

Up to four people will find their own personal paradise here on a generous 80 m². The lower floor welcomes you with an open and light-flooded living area. The modern kitchen with high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need. The kitchen includes a Nespresso capsule machine. The living/dining area has a large table and comfortable seating area. The direct access to the sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol invites you to linger. The cozy living area with an inviting fireplace and the warm wooden floor create a homely atmosphere throughout the house.

On the first floor there is a bathroom, WC and even a sauna, inviting you to relax and pamper yourself. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful view of the garden. There is plenty of storage space in the utility room. Outside, you can use the wallbox for electric cars.

The upper floor houses two cozy bedrooms. The first room has a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a recliner/relaxing sofa with reading lamp for relaxing hours. The second room is designed as a children's room and has two separate beds that can be pushed together if required.



Guest Access:

The SandDorn house is located in the countryside and is equipped with insect screens on all windows. A self-designed guest book with detailed descriptions and excursion tips is also available in the apartment. Firewood is available on site depending on availability and can be used.



The Neighborhood:

Pruchten is a picturesque village on the Baltic Sea coast.

The idyllic cycling and hiking trails offer the opportunity to explore the coastal landscape and the hinterland while enjoying the tranquillity and vastness of nature.

Pruchten itself boasts a charming town center with small stores and cozy restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger.

For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports options on the Bodden, such as kitesurfing or windsurfing, while those interested in culture can discover the nearby towns and historical sights.

All in all, Pruchten, with its charming surroundings and proximity to the sea, offers an ideal backdrop for a relaxing vacation in the midst of a natural idyll.



Getting Around:

With a little luck, you may also see the polar lights or northern lights.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €35 per person. If you book the linen packages, the beds will already be made up on your arrival.
