'Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! Location was perfectly central, delicious brunch was just steps away and the town centre was a few minutes out. I hope that we return to...

'FANTASTIC'

'Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!'

'The location was perfect for visiting central Skiathos well being far enough away from the bustle. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was that the half shower door would not seal or stay in place. Combined with a hanging hand shower that could not be adjusted it resulted in a significant amount of water to clean up off the bathroom floor each time one of us showered.'

'Pro: Tolle Lage direkt im New Port, und nur eine Minute zur Bushaltestelle Nr. 1. Rascher und freundlicher Checkin (anonst kein Kontakt mit Hotelpersonal außer Grußworten). Entsprach alles der Beschreibung und hat den Erwartungen erfüllt. Con: Der Ausblick im Dachgeschoss Zimmer ohne Meerblick ist nicht ansehnlich (Gebäuderuine). Wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Bad mit WC ist sehr klein und hat keine Ablageflächen außer dem kleinen Waschbecken. Kühlschrank ohne Eisfach. Keine Kaffeemaschine...

'Quite difficult to find, you have to check in at the water which isn't made obvious. Lots of steps to the penthouse so beware! Room was nice. As guests frequently come and go, it's obviously difficult for the cleaners to get everything done in terms of servicing every room. The major issue for us was the music scene in some venues. Nothing against this, but it starts at one end of the old town then seems to go from one to another venue until itends up right below the trees from around...

'The rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower was great. Breakfast was good, with a few different options. The pool is clean and a good size with lots of sub beds around it. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Brilliant views of the mountains and the sea to the other side.'

'Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!'

'We had a very nice stay at Gea. Perfect appartement, clean with all necessary facilities. Amazing view and fine pool. Friendly people, always ready to help. Highly recommendable.'

'The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. We had a room which also included a shared pool with an adjoining appointment. The room itself was nice, It was clean and comfortable. The children were sleeping on the mezzanine above us which worked well however had caution younger children using...
