'This is a lovely 4 star hotel by western standards. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants! I was injured when I visited recently and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The handyman even went out to purchase a fuse for my travel adapter as I wasn't able to walk unassisted. Incredible. Breakfast was great. The only downside, the room service menu is not up to the standards of this hotel.'

'Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.

'The stay was good though the price was high considering that the property is practically tucked away practically in the middle of nowhere. 'They are part of Sterlig esorts chain and have very good ambience and well laid out landscaping around the swimming pool. They have some games and activities planned for evenings. However, there was not much partcipation from the guests and their families. They seemed to be understaffed, and seemed to be managed by trainees.Though staff was hard working and sincere. Restaurant was good with tasty food. However, it also seemed understaffed as serice was taking long. Overall good experience.'
