'Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas '

'Overall , my stay at Grand Palladium was amazing . The resort is beautiful and there are plenty of activities to do. 'Beautiful resort with very clean rooms, great pools, and friendly staff. The property felt relaxing and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Food options and entertainment were also very enjoyable.
Only minor downside was that some areas could get busy during peak hours, but overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.'

'The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful; however, the dining experience was quite disappointing and inconvenient. Due to the seaweed issue, the snack shack was closed Monday through Thursday, which significantly limited available food options. Additionally, the resort restaurants operated on rotating schedules, meaning not all restaurants were open daily. This resulted in long wait times at the restaurants that were available.

'The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall we had a great stay! The staff truly made our trip memorable. Edward, our butler, went above and beyond for us. I got a bad sun rash, and he even went out of his way to get me hydrocortisone from another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have it. Dolores by the pool was amazing and caring she even rubbed aloe vera on my rash and felt like a mom away from home. Jose at the swim-up bar was quick, friendly, and always welcoming.

'This boutique hotel is more than awesome. It has a genuine feel of being in a private home. Jonelle (the property manager, host, coordinator etc) could not have possibly been more accommodating, friendly and overall full of life and was just pure excellence. His assistant, (sorry I don't know his name) was also amazing. The property is very beautiful and unique and we highly recommend it.'
