Cute and Bright Paloverde Suite!

This cozy second floor suite has its own private entrance, accessed via a quiet street. The suite has a small balcony with a view of the garden, a well equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a king sized bed and AC. The bedroom has a seating area and an ensuite bathroom. The suite is located in Barrio Las Ninfas, about a 5 min walk from town center.

The suite is attached to a main house where the owners live, within a walled property, but it has its own private entrance accessed from a small quiet street. The kitchen is equipped with a induction stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all needed utensils for preparing meals. It also has an eat in kitchen bar. On the balcony the guests can relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, closet, AC, ensuite bathroom and a sofa for seating. The suite also has WIFI (although it can be slow as it is everywhere in the Galapagos).

The apartment was much larger than expected, lots of space to spread out. Apartment and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, and only a block from entrance to path to Tortuga Bay/beach. Close to town, and only a 3 blocks from the block of yummy local restaurants we visited multiple times while there. Air conditioning worked great in bedroom, and although we knew the rest of the place wasn’t air conditioned we are typically fine with staying comfortable with the breeze from open windows. What we discovered is there was no breeze due to the beautiful trees and foliage, so the apartment had no airflow at all. There was a floor fan upstairs in kitchen which helped, but no fan in living room which made it too stuffy to spend any time in. Had there been ceiling fans or a fan also in the living room that would have been better, however we found ourselves spending our extra time while in apartment in the bedroom where we could stay cooler. Host was great to work with and readily available. Enjoyed the use of the bicycles to get around.

Beautiful, clean and spacious suite! We loved the location and found it easy to walk to all of the shops and sightseeing places that we wanted to see.Communication with the host was amazing! Tatyana was extremely quick to respond to any questions that we had and even arranged a return taxi for us.The bed was very comfortable and so were all of the linens and pillows.They even have separate drinking taps in the kitchen and bathroom, and labelled as such so we didn't forget.They have a manual for the unit that gives great tips not only for the suite but for things to see and do in the area, and how to get around.Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful spot in peaceful location

Tatjana was very helpful with information prior to arrival, including the costs and processes to arrive at Santa Cruz. She also arranged the taxi that was on time and efficiently got us to the VRBO. There is AC in the bedroom and a new washer/dryer. They also had 2 bicycles and some snorkel equipment. Very nice to have these amenities!

Paloverde Suite - Great Location and Great Host

This suite was spacious and clean with a kitchen, 2nd story dining area, balcony, bedroom, living room, and large bathroom. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance to 3 of the top beaches in Puerto Ayora. The host added so many personal touches, including a guide book of the area and local restaurants, snorkel equipment to borrow, and two bicycles to use. A phenomenal place to stay in Puerto Ayora.

Great Stay! Fantastic location!

The place looks exactly like the pictures. We were a bit nervous going to a new place and not having an exact address for this. But we found it with zero problems with the google maps sent by the owner. This is steps from the entrance to Tortuga bay and just a couple blocks to walk to the pier where all the action is. The gardens are lovely. The A/C is cold, the water is hot. We slept like the dead in this quiet neighborhood. The place was spotless. We were able to drop our bags off early and leave them there late the day of checkout which we sooooo appreciated. Book this place!!
