'I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least.'

Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. '

'Excelente estadía, buen servicio y el desayuno/comida del restaurant riquísima. La habitación Pehuen es amplia y la cama super cómoda. Una oportunidad de mejora es que el ruido del área de restaurante y de la habitación de arriba se percibían en la habitación, cada vez que caminaban arriba o rodaban maletas se escuchaba debajo y nos interrumpió un poco el sueño. Luego de eso todo impecable '

'Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

'Interesting concept for an apart hotel - nice building with great facilities. Rooms were also excellent. Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place.'

'Beautiful views. Spacious lobby/breakfast area with large windows opens up to large terrace. Rooms a little dated, but comfortable bedding and functional bathroom with shower/tub. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was good, but selection limited. Gravel road up to property from highway is steep and a bit challenging. '
