Leuk
Hotel lag op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Ontbijt was iedere dag hetzelfde, de vruchtensap verschilde wel dagelijks. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

close to public transport
Convenient to public transport and two supermarkets. Bus from the airport will drop you off there. Lovely service with limited English. Good breakfast included. Only downside is no kettle or tea/coffee in rooms.

TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil sympa
Excellent accueil de Claudia. L'hĂŽtel est au calme et bien placĂ©. La chambre est petite mais le lit est confortable et la clim et le ventilateur fonctionnent trĂšs bien. Bon petit dĂ©jeuner. Gentillesse de la femme de mĂ©nage qui nous a installĂ©s bien confortablement au frais pour attendre la navette de l'aĂ©roport Ă  16 h. Ce qui m'empĂȘche de mettre une note excellente est que l'eau de la piscine Ă©tait verte et ne donnait pas envie de se baigner pourtant on aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© avec la chaleur...et les robinets de la salle de bain qui auraient besoin d'un entretien pour bien fonctionner surtout l'eau froide.

Lamento que la piscina no haya estado en perfectas condiciones, las constantes lluvias impiden que los productos actĂșen correctamente lo que nos impidiĂł su correcto mantenimiento. L'hĂŽtel est correct MAIS : 1 - en travaux pendant le sĂ©jour ( piscine pas en service, porte-fenĂȘtre de la salle petit-dĂ©jeuner dĂ©montĂ©e...) 2 - salle petit dĂ©jeuner exigĂŒe 3 - environnement un peu bruyant (chiens qui aboient la nuit) le personnel est agrĂ©able ( la femme de mĂ©nage et les ouvriers ) mais la patronne est dĂ©sinvolte. Elle reçoit les clients en s'occupant de sa fille de deux ans. Et surtout elle est cause d'un incident qui motive mon mĂ©contentement gĂ©nĂ©ral (sinon l'avis gĂ©nĂ©ral aurait Ă©tĂ© positif type :-) Je raconte : Le dernier jour, je libĂšre la chambre aprĂšs le petit dĂ©jeuner et je dis Ă  la femme de mĂ©nage : Comme convenu hier avec la patronne, je laisse ma valise Ă  la rĂ©ception et je reviendrai la chercher en dĂ©but d'aprĂšs-midi. (J'avais prĂ©vu une balade, et un car Ă  prendre Ă  17 h en centre ville, pour rentrer Ă  Buenos Aires). Elle me dit OK, je suis lĂ  jusqu'Ă  14h et Ă  partir de 14h la patronne arrive, vous pouvez donc venir chercher votre valise quand vous voulez. Je reviens vers 14h30, hĂŽtel fermĂ©. TĂ©lĂ©phone muet. AprĂšs plusieurs dĂ©marches infructueuses, au bout d'une heure et demie environ, j'entends du bruit Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, je frappe fort, un ouvrier vient m'ouvrir et je peux rĂ©cupĂ©rer ma valise. Ouf ! Mais l'absence injustifiĂ©e de la patronne m'a valu un moment d'angoisse.

Hola Armand, Gracias por dejarnos su comentario, es de mucha importancia para nosotros. Lamento muchísimo que les haya molestado la presencia de mi hija durante su ingreso, nuestro alojamiento es familiar y justamente es atendido por la familia en todo momento y tratamos de atender lo mejor posible a todos pero talves no se da. Por el mismo motivo es que no nos etiquetamos como un hotel ya que somos una posada familiar pero tratare de dejar mas en claro este detalle en la pagina para que no surjan falsas expectativas. Al atender también los asuntos administrativos y demås es que no pude estar al horario que ud volvió por sus bolsos ya que los esperaba sino hasta las 16 o 17 hrs como lo hablamos y el señor de mantenimiento no estaba muy atento al portero. De todas formas nada justifica pero no queria dejar de explicarle tambien nuestra situacion. Nuevamente agradecemos mucho su comentario y por supuesto trataremos de mejorar. Saludos, Claudia

A good budget option hotel
This hotel doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. It’s a cheap option to stay in Iguazu and is fine for pick ups to the falls. There’s a small high street just a few minutes away where you can go to the supermarket. And there’s a pizza place which is nice. Make sure you’ve got cash when you arrive as it’s hard to find a bank and a number of places only accept cash. The breakfast is very basic and you don’t get much - but it was enough for me. The WiFi worked well in the room and in the foyer so that was good. I got a message a day before asking what time I was going to arrive - it seems there isn’t always someone on site. Because it was only the day before and I didn’t see the message until after I didn’t have WiFi I couldn’t reply. So that gave me a bit of anxiety, but I arrived in the morning and someone was there to let me in. I’d suggest emailing them first though if you can. Overall a decent budget option

Great place, location for the price, superb srvc!!
The place is nice and clean. Great for a long weekend while visiting the area. Great location, walking distance to the bars and restaurants (10 - 15 min). The best part is the staff! Great service and always willing to go the extra mile for you.

O Hotel , alĂ©m do excelente custo beneficio, reuni as qualidades da limpeza, do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ com suco de laranja, pĂŁo de queijo, frutas, e o excelente croissant, etc.,simpatia da ClĂĄudia e a sua funcionĂĄria. Com certeza haverĂĄ novas oportunidades para meu retorno com minha esposa a cidade de Puerto Iguazu, que hoje Ă© uma excelĂȘncia na gastronomia, bem como muito charmosa, e repleta de atividades.

I was surprised that I had to pay in cash!!! And in pesos. The wifi did not work in the room. Only in the pool area. Breakfast was very limited. Not clean. 20 minutes walk to the center. The good things, changed towels, and left more than one. Small pool to relax after a day in the falls.

Great place to stay without breaking the bank
Close to everything, comfortable, clean and quite new. The manager can be hard to find but the cleaner and breakfast cook are awesome and brekky is really good. It's quiet and friendly and a great place to stay while checking out the Iguazu national park.

Very nice place. Out of city center a bit, but that makes it better. Walking is good for you. Owners were very accommodating when I had a problem with my room (unstoppable faucet leak) and they moved me to another room very quickly, and had a plumber there right away to fix the leak in the other room. Comfortable and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend.

Nous avons choisi cet hĂŽtel pour son prix relativement bas incluant le petit dĂ©jeuner et pour certains avis dithyrambiques sur les chambres . Claudia nous a contactĂ© sur Whatsapp avant notre arrivĂ©e, ce qui n'est pas si courant et nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. Elle nous a trĂšs bien accueilli, parlant parfaitement l'anglais. Elle nous a donnĂ© toutes les indications utiles pour nous orienter dans la ville, trouver les restaurants et organiser notre visite des cascades. Avant notre dĂ©part, elle nous a rĂ©servĂ© un taxi pour nous conduire Ă  l'aĂ©roport. On a apprĂ©ciĂ© les fontaines d'eau minĂ©rale en libre service. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est frugal. En revanche, quelle dĂ©ception pour la chambre (la n°3) ! Petite, sombre, mĂ©nage non fait, robinetterie qui fuit, pas de table ni de chaise, mais Ă  la place un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur encombrant et d'aucune utilitĂ© (pour nous). Climatisation efficace en mode froid mais pas en mode chaud (les nuits peuvent ĂȘtre fraiches). Nous avons passĂ© trois nuits, le lit a Ă©tĂ© fait la premiĂšre nuit mais pas la seconde. Les codes d'accĂšs Wifi sont indiquĂ©s mais la portĂ©e du Wifi est trop faible et n'arrive pas jusqu'Ă  cette chambre. La tĂ©lĂ©vision donne une image de trĂšs mauvaise qualitĂ©. Bref nous n'avons retrouvĂ© aucune des qualitĂ©s vantĂ©es par les commentaires d'autres clients? Que faut-il en dĂ©duire ? Qu'on nous a donnĂ© la chambre n°3 qui est la pire ?

Buena atención de la propiedad y el personal, siempre dispuestos a solucionarte los pequeños problemas que unos foråneos pueden tener en un lugar extraño que no conoces. Sin lujos pero con lo necesario para tener una estancia tranquila y agradable.

No es lo que parece....
No es lo que se ve en las fotos, es mucho peor, ademĂĄs la situaciĂłn es bastante alejada del centro e inaccesible. La calidad del desayuno bajo mĂ­nimos, la piscina estĂĄ, pero sucia, el WiFi no funciona prĂĄcticamente en ningĂșn momento y casi nunca hay nadie a quien comunicĂĄrselo para que pueda remediarlo. En fin, un desastre autĂ©ntico. No lo recomiendo para nada y bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena: gente amable, servicial, preocupada, disponibilidad para ayudar. El lugar muy bien ubicado para mis intereses. Mucha seguridad. Me dieron la habitaciĂłn a pesar que llegue muy temprano en la mañana lo cual fue muy positivo, y cuando tuve que salir puede dejar mi equipaje sin costo adicional para recogerlo despuĂ©s. El desayuno estuvo bien, con lo fundamental como frutas y bebidas calientes y pan con mermeladas. En mi caso esto es normalmente suficiente, sobre todo considerando el buen precio del hotel. El Ășnico punto negativo fue que al bañarme muy temprano el dĂ­a que salĂ­a no habĂ­a agua caliente, lo cual me la puso difĂ­cil, pero estoy seguro que si les hubiera comentado a los encargados algo habrĂ­an hecho al respecto.

Nice hotel and great price. The location is perfect to see both sides of the falls. Claudia was really helpful when I arrived. Only issue was with the wifi which was great when you were on it. But every time you left the hotel and came back it would not let you connect. The router had to be reset every time - but the hotel was not staffed 24 hours a day. Caused me a few problems as I need to contact people that I was meeting. But I just walked to a local shop and brought a coffee and used the wifi there.

Waiting for a Makeover.
We were checked in by a woman who spoke English but after that never saw her again.The rest of the staff were very helpful even though they spoke very little English - thank goodness for translation apps! The room was a two bedroom cabin and is very tired, needs a good paint and upgraded decor. The bed is very squeaky and old. Has the potential to be very good. the location was not far from town or the Brazilian boarder so it suited us. also a bus to the falls just around the corner. It is not great value for money compared with hotels on the Brazilian side of the falls.

Wir waren die einzigen GĂ€ste und das haben wir zu spĂŒren bekommen... Im positiven Sinne. Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns gekĂŒmmert und uns bei unseren Touren sehr gut unterstĂŒtzt und beraten. Tolles Hostel. Gerne wieder.

Great stay, Quite and peaceful.
I had a great time. I was the only one at the hotel and it was awkward at first but I love the quietness. The room was spacious and very big for one person. I there was a small living room area with a tv and a mini fridge that I loved, but it was right next to the main door and with the sheer curtains, it was easy for someone to see into the room if they wanted. It was secure and gated, providing you with a key to get in and out of the residence in addition to your room key. The breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit, the staff were kind hearted and helped me with any needs from finding my way around the town to getting a cab to go back to the airport. I would definitely come back again.

Really helpful and friendly staff! Good breakfast, the coffee had a completely different quality than the regular argentinian coffee! Muy rico! Comfy in Iguazu
I stayed at Resencial Los Lapachos for 5 nights during my visit to Iguazu Falls. I initially chose this property because it was inexpensive and it had good reviews regarding the helpfulness of the staff. Those reviews were spot on. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The manager speaks excellent English and was always eager to chat and offer advise. The location is very close to the bus stop for the falls (less than 5 min walk). There are supermarkets very close by to get snacks. It is a little bit out of town, but easily walkable. It's not a bad thing being out of town, it's in a nice quiet residential neighborhood with a park across the street. It has a nice pool and a simple but tasty breakfast. The room they gave me was huge. It had a large bedroom, a living room, bathroom and a smaller second bedroom. It would have been fine for a family with a couple of kids. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

He gave us his phone number and was very helpful when we needed him to contact a taxi driver for a tour. Walking distance to downtown to go to restaurants, to glocery stores, shopping, to catch a bus to the falls
. but far enough from the main street that it is in a quiet street.

A good place to stay, short walk into town.
Great room, very comfortable, supermarket and bus to the park just 200m away on main rd. After booking in we didn't see any staff except for the breakfast lady who was very helpful but with limited English.

great stay, reasonable price, good value
The owner spoke good English and was very helpful. Although the hotel is not downtown, it is just down the road from a good restaurant, a few hambuger joints and two grocery stores and on bus route to falls. Buses to centro area is only 8 pesos and come often.
