Arenika is a private beachfront compound rented as a full buyout, giving your group exclusive use of the entire property.

- Each room offers air conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a private bathroom

- Several studios include a kitchenette (mini-fridge, toaster oven, kettle, dishes)

Getting Around:

- Cancun International Airport (CUN): approx. 20-25 min by car

- On-site parking available for rental cars and private vehicles

- Taxis and ride-hailing are readily available

- ADO bus terminals in Cancun and Puerto Morelos connect to the wider Yucatan Peninsula

- A rental car or private transfer is recommended for this secluded location



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of every guest staying, as well as a signed copy of the property rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the community's regulations.



The property is periodically fumigated as a preventive measure. However, due to the humid climate and local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra charge.



To keep the air conditioning working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and avoid setting it below 21C (70F).



Replacement cost for a lost key, card, wristband, parking card, or towel is $20 USD each. Stays of 7+ nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption is charged per extra kWh (responsible use rarely exceeds this). You enjoy full privacy; in a force-majeure event (flood, leak, fire, etc.) we will notify you in advance before accessing the property.
