'We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! '

'De zo goed als nieuwe kamer had verschillende technische mankementen: de douche stroomde over in de badkamer, de verwarming in de slaapkamer kon niet worden uitgezet, de verwarming in de badkamer deed het niet, de deur van de badkamer was niet goed gemonteerd. Verder was de badkamer aan de kleine kant, waardoor je je gemakkelijk kon stoten. Het bed was OK, en de kamer was verder in orde. Het buffet ontbijt was prima en het personeel was vriendelijk.'

'Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain.'

'The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around. '
