'The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again.'

'We had a wonderful time and would happily return. Host Jose and family went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We wanted to be away from touristy areas and stay in a local neighborhood and we loved it. Kids loved the pool, extra room, pool, hammock and other activities in yard.'

'Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!'

'The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

'The apartment is huge- wonderful for a larger family. Most of the bedrooms were great with AC keeping us cool at night. Negatives: the center of the apartment is all outdoors - the hall, foyer, kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms are open-air. Must close doors to living room and bedrooms to make them "indoors." 'So let’s start with the bad. The only issue I had was the telephone in the room was not working and it was an inconvenience when I needed something. Reported it everyday and it was only fixed the day before I left. I stayed 3 nights. Good- the staff is super nice very helpful. The facility is not newly built but it’s clean.
