Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once you’re up there, though, it’s very comfortable. And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! 'Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. 'The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. '

'Marly and her father Mr. J.R. were incredibly hospitable and had my room ready earlier than expected, which allowed me to rest after travel. 'A piece of Old San Juan character. Location was centric, close to entertainment and restaurants. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Even with the limitations that the Island might suffer from electricity and water, our host ensured we were cared for by providing water jugs. Very pleased with our stay.'

'This house is very, very nice. Thr pictures are accurate. House is well stocked. Kitchen could use a few more pans for cooking but that is really just a personal want. Man i have been to many beaches around the world...and this beach is perhaps the best ive ever been to. 100% clean. No trash. No seaweed. Rocks? Not a 1. Clear water? Check. 'Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape.
