Summary:
Casa Evita is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront house in Las Conchas with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. This beautiful house can be rented as a 4 or 3 bedroom. Master bedroom, on the west side facing the ocean, with Queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds a private entrance from the carport. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi.Bathroom 3  is handicap ready with grab bars and no steps .

There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.

The Space:
Casa Evita is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront house in Las Conchas with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. This beautiful house can be rented as a 4 or 3 bedroom. Master bedroom, on the west side facing the ocean, with Queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds a private entrance from the carport. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bathroom 3  is handicap ready with grab bars and no steps. The main house living area, includes Wireless Internet, DVD, Flat screen Satellite TV with DirecTV, Phone, stereo, couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances; dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Purified water dispenser Hot/cold with two 5 gal.  jugs provided. Other amenities include: Mini splits throughout the house with heat and cold, ceiling fans, and outside shower, covered patio with patio furniture, Stackable washer and dryer, open landscaped patios with firepit and a Gazebo on the dunes, big upper deck to enjoy breathtaking sunsets along with a margarita, or two. Sheets and towels provided. The owner requests No Smoking Inside. House-broken pets (max 2) are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage.

Location is key! This property is wonderfully located. The grass hut down by the water is the shining feature of the place. Being able to sit waters edge anytime of day was a delight. The outdoor shower is also helpful! Oscar, the property manager went above and beyond the entire time. He communicated well in advance of our arrival and throughout our time at the unit. He helped set up local food delivery for us (since we couldn’t speak the language). If we had any issues he solved them quickly (brought us more water, fixed broken shower head etc). Our car battery was dead when we went to leave and he sent maintenance to give us a jump! It really did help our experience to have his help. The kitchen is well appointed/ and has all necessary items. The beds were too hard for us all-that was the only downer thing. Overall, it’s a great spot right on the beach. Bring your mosquito spray though- we got eaten alive the last two days when wind shifted/died down. But that is no fault of the rental, just an unfortunate weather situation for us. Lovely ocean front spot, carport for parking off street, easy to find, good location on beach and lovely views (thanks to their large windows) looking out to ocean!

Just came down from Phoenix. Easy drive and felt safe the whole time. The house is located right in the beach. The high to low tide is tremendous so you have sandy beaches and tide pooling options as the tide comes in and out. Our dogs had a great time running on the beautiful beach. The house was clean, secure, good covered parking. Can hardly wait to go back. Omar the property Manger spoke excellent English and made the check in easy.

We had a great stay at Casa Evita in Las Conchas (beachfront), Puerto Penasco. Omar, from Coral Rentals, communicated promptly. The house had everything we needed, and then some. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking anything. The yard and palapa make for a great place to hang out and watch the pelicans splashing down, dolphins and sunsets. The beach directly in front of the house was great. Soft sand to relax or play on at high tide, and at low tide the rocks are great for exploring tide pools. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and we will definitely stay at Casa Evita again.

My family of 5 (my husband and I and 3 teenage 13,14 and 18). Had a wonderful vacation week at Casa Evita! The house is perfect for a family, plenty of room and equipment for daily life. The location is amazing, we loved walking straight to the beach from the back door. It is an easy drive into town for supplies or to go to one of the local restaurants. Puerto Panasco offers numerous high quality restaurants, we discover wonderful spots every time we go. This was our 4th time in the area. We will definitely go back to Casa Evita. Omar and the property management are readily available to help with anything. Exceptional experience!

The house was clean and described just as in pictures. We enjoyed the beach, our showers with great water pressure, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was renovated so it was very nice to cook and enjoy view of ocean. I will certainly stay here again!

The house is pretty meh. Typical beach house with all the typical amenities. The palapa, on the other hand is game changing. We were the envy of every other renter. The location and proximity to the beach are perfect. You rent this place for the palapa. That's it.
