Very disappointing
Check in was at 4pm and we were not allowed in until after 4:30pm due to room still being cleaned and the air conditioning not working. Once allowed to go in the condo we saw that The furniture was dirty. The sofa bed had yellow stains and was definitely not cleaned in some time. As I do at every stay the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure it is clean and I spray with Lysol. When I pulled back the bed spread the sheets looked dirty and when I pulled the sheet there was huge fresh blood stains on the mattress protector. We immediately spoke with the property manager and cleaning crew manager and their response was for us to wait until the next day for them to take care of this. I said absolutely not. This is blood, fresh blood and I will not be sleeping or using that bed. This is a health hazard. Their response was that someone would come within an hour and a half. After several communications on my part they ended showing up after 6 hours. She took the topper and gave us a new topper and left a flat sheet and stated that tomorrow we would get a fresh set which never came.
How can cleaning crew not have seen the blood stain? If sheets are changed after each stay there is no way it was not seen. It was obvious that they did not care and did not clean. We were there for a total of 6 nights and the sheets never came.
I will be avoiding any rentals managed by Kivoya
Very disappointed and left with a bad taste
