Stunning family paradise E2005 Encantame

Enjoy elegant surrounding above one of Rocky Points most natural beach environments. A wrap around end unit, 2005 Verano is wrapped in floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a large L shaped sofa with easily removable back rests, converting into modular beds. Where both walls of windows meet, you will find the clean, white dining table for six. There is Wifi throughout the unit, and a large screen, wall mounted TV in the living room. Enjoy the feel of comfort from the soothing electric fireplace.

The kitchen spans this living space, fronted by the useful kitchen island, set with its own sink. Up to date appliances, full cookware, dinnerware, etc. make this an excellent place to prepare any meal.

Both bedrooms exude a sense of luxury. Each has a King sized bed, wall mounted TV, along with their own private bathrooms. The first bedroom accesses the bathroom via a walk through closet. This closet has shelves, drawers, and hanger space. The bathroom itself brings together a marbled shower stall, and a double sink vanity with large, wall sized mirror.

The second bedroom also offers a King bed, TV, and glass enclosed shower in the private bathroom. There is a connected walk in closet, and both bedrooms access the patio through glass doors, with o need to go through the main living groom.

Additional details include a 1/2 bath off the hallway, along with a clean up room with sink and washer/dryer.

Stepping out onto the patio is an invigorating experience. Two separate sliding doors open wide to connect you to the coastal environment. You will appreciate a main seating area with woven chairs, and a low glass topped table. There is also a set of two chairs and a small table right outside bedroom one, ready for morning coffee or late evening moments.

Encantame Towers Resort is the newest, and most elegant in the Rocky Point area. The beach itself has an excess of privacy, with just a few vendors to make it fun. Just beyond the city limits, the Resort encompasses a truly magnificent natural area that is pristine and tranquil.

The Resort itself is full of great amenities that complete the details of your vacation getaway. First off, very spacious pools surround a fun swim up bar. There are shallow areas dedicated to small children, as well as over sized jacuzzis. Kids also enjoy the water slide, as well as the lazy river that winds around additional pools near Verano Tower, where this condo is located.

More amenities include a large workout area above the lobby, full of new aerobic and resistance machines, along with a yoga room. The lobby is elegant, and includes a massage space, and Blue Palm Cafe, just the place to enjoy real Starbucks coffee and snacks. At the edge of the pool is Santo Coyote, a member of the restaurant group from Guadalajara presenting Mexican food prepared at the highest level.

Do note that during your stay, you might encounter some construction sounds as the third and final Tower is being completed.
